In less than 10 days, this product similarly failed, and in the middle of the workday resulted in a total blackout and loss of function. Following all of the logical troubleshooting, this product remained completely dead. Just gone from one second to the next. Regrettably disappointing, as I genuinely appreciate the concept and its practicality for individuals who often work remotely. However, I regrettably have to report the reliability of this product is terrible and I recommend you find an alternative from a brand with a longer standing and more positive reputation in reliability.
