Are they gluten free?

The hamburger buns are not gluten free. The list of ingredients state that they contain wheat gluten.

28 bucks? I can get them at my local store for 6 bucks

WalMart for $4.12 a loaf. So I can buy 7 loaves for what you are charging for 2

How am I assured that these are fresh when I get them?

I can only tell you that they have always been fresh when I received them . Further, they keep forever in the fridge. Just had one with a burger that had been in the fridge for over a month!

Is this 50 Cal per entire bun or is it just a top or bottom? same question for what is a seving size?

Yes, Walmart sells these, but it taste far inferior. This bun taste like a traditional hamburger bun and you would not barely be able to tell the difference. I was ecstatic at first to buy Walmart hamburger buns at 50 calories until the flavor it ruined my hamburger. These buns are 50 calories in total and the flavor (and smell) is amazing!
