Much better than regular sugar!
Much healthier than regular sugar or artificial sweeteners. I use fructose for many years, but now I found this new brand. Is Suites but not too much. Does not change the taste of whatever you put on. I love to use it to make fruit salad, and also to use with a heavy cream when I make it to put on coffee or fruits. Just perfect! Highly recommend it! A+ plus plus

Using in home made energy gel for long bike rides.
I started making home made energy gels instead of buying GUs or any of the other expensive gels. The mix I'm using now is 6 parts maltodextrine powder, 3 parts fructose powder (this one here), 3 parts coconut oil powder, 400-800 mg fine ground salt, 1/4-1/2 tsp citric acid, and some kind of flavoring like drink powder or lemon juice. Mix it with enough hot water to make it semi-thick liquid. Let cool and pour into a squeeze flask like this fantastic one here. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B5T5BRFN?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 From what I've read this 2:1 malto/fructose ratio should allow for the max possible digestion of 300 calories an hour. It's worked well for me on multiple 6+ hr MTB training rides and the 2025 Rock Cobbler race in Bakersfield.
