Shark Steam & Scrub S8001 Hard Floor Scrubber and Sanitizer

Bought in February… the steam part is broken and does not heat anymore.

This is my second one of these and won’t be buying a third!! Great when it’s not broken however The spinning function stopped working 1 day after 3 months of having it, so can’t return it! Very annoying and such a waste of money.

After 2 weeks use the rotor stopped working , the wheels not spinning , only steam is being produced.Bought less than 3 months ago and used may 3 to 4 times only.I want replacement please

Stopped working after using it 3 times!

Not suitable for UAE electric outlet

What a scam. I bought the steamer and it wasn't working properly. It was shutting off every 5 minutes. When I was trying to return i hand to pay for shipping to send it back. What a BS.

Easy to use , great product quick mop time saver , good cleaning very effective. Will recommend to family and friends

i loveeee!! i gave it a try and it is so fun and easy to use and also super quiet so it can even be used while kids are sleeping. it’s so nice to not have to make a bucket of mop water every time i mop, now i can just whip this out, fill the tank and just push it around like a vacuum. it’s also light weight so i can easily take it upstairs to mop. i have to go over some spots a few times since i have 2 under 2 and they make a lot of messes, but it eventually comes up. i thought it would be huge at first but it’s a good size so i can still reach a lot of spots i didn’t think it would. i didnt notice any circular marks that some reviews mention so im happy about that! the cord is really long too so i only had to use two different outlets to get my living room and dining room together. i only had to refill the tank one to get a small corner and that was after i got the kitchen too. gives off a bit of a weird smell but i guess that’s what steam does lol. this is super nice if you have children who make messes and you dont feel like filling up the mop bucket again or you worry about them getting into it while you’re mopping. 100% recommend especially for the great price

Openly just opened this product after house move took a lot longer than expected to find that the item has a US style plug end.Not advertised as such and no good when you live in the UK.Disgraceful.Not happy with the item or the false advertising at all
