Yes it’s kinda expensive but this little bottle deserves a standing ovation. I’m not a doctor, but I strongly suspected I had seborrheic dermatitis or something in that family. For over a year, I dealt with nonstop itching, horrible scaly and patch flakes, and irritation. My scalp was constantly uncomfortable—dry and oily at the same time somehow. At first I thought it was fungal because the flakes were so dense and patchy and relentlessly bad and embarrassing but when anti fungals didn’t work I came to the conclusion it was combo of low-grade inflammation, microbiome imbalance, and compromised barrier function due to the keratin blow outs and relaxers I had been getting (I stopped those for a year to no avail). I tried everything: from medicated shampoos with selenium sulfide, and zinc pyrithione, plus tea tree, peppermint, apple cider vinegar rinses, scrubs, you name it, I’ve probably put it on my scalp. Nothing worked long-term. I was genuinely on the verge of paying out of pocket for a dermatologist appointment because I felt like I’d hit the end of the line. Then I tried Vichy Dercos Salicylic acid anti dandruff shampoo, and… BAM. Immediate relief. I suspect that it helped normalize my scalp’s cell turnover to clear that hidden buildup. It has been the only product that treated the root issue instead of just masking symptoms. It stopped the itching and flaking from day one, and even now I only need to use it once or twice a week. I’ve gone over a week without washing my hair and still had a calm, flake-free scalp. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave residue, and makes my scalp feel like it can breathe again. If you’re dealing with mystery scalp drama and suspect something like seb derm or an impaired scalp barrier — try this first. This stuff worked when nothing else did. Period.

I ordered their shampoo and conditioner, along with the scout treatment, and it has worked so well for me. I have tried tons of product over the years and this is my favorite.

This Vichy serum is really great will look forward to using it everytime I wash and condition my hair. However , only received 1 bottle of the set of 2 serums that I ordered. Please correct by sending another serum replacement to complete order. Deanna

This was fine. I think the $10 head and shoulders "bare" zinc p serum works much better for itch and eczema. Or, get sal acid from the ordinary (maybe mix 50/50 with alpha) for exfoliation.

I bought the trio, the shampoo, conditioner, and treatment for after you wash. And may i just say!!!! This works!!!! I had a mental breakdown back in 2022, bleached my hair on my own and all this fancy colors anyway.. my hair was stringy and my scalp was damaged. Then i got pregnant and started balding and getting really bad dandruff. I used everything i could find. Hairitage or however you spell it worked for a while then nope. Head and shoulders made my scalp itch itch itch even when i washed so nope. Tried Nioxin, nope. Tried Nizoral, and that helped but didn’t make it better just manageable. It did stop my hair from falling out though. Now by this time it’s 2024. 2 years of scales, dandruff, red bumps, etc. every other day i had to wash. I was feeling hopeless until i found this and it started working the first wash. My hair feels normal again, my scalp gets scratched maybe twice a day or less even. I typically wash every other day because the itchiness was terrible! With this, i chose to wash on day 4! On day 4! Barely any itchiness. Now, i did notice more hair than usual come out during my wash but nothing crazy. This product was a life saver!! Will forever recommend! If anything changes trust me I’ll provide an update. Until then, buy for relief!

Ácido Salicilico es efectivo - trabaja de maravilla! Debes usarlo en conjunto con el shampoo de la misma línea .. Usa el shampoo para Lavar el cabello te lo secas, luego echa el Ácido Salicilico directamente en la zona afectada la cual estará roja y sensible debido a que el shampoo te limpio el área y te elimino la piel seca, OJO, el líquido arde un poco pero no tanto, Ahora, según lo indicado, puedes echártelo hasta 4 veces durante el día. Para mí una o dos veces es suficiente. Ayuda a desinflamar y tu piel regresa a su color normal al día siguiente. Te quita la picazón, la incomodidad, la molestia y la inflamación. Mi opinión es basada en mi experiencia personal.
