It works, it just takes a lot longer than 20 minutes for me.
It just takes a lot longer than 20min if i want my greys really fully covered, but it's the only product available on the market, that doesn't give me an allergic reaction. Therefor its well worth the wait.

Very Disappointed !!
I applied exactly like the instructions says. The color doesn't stick. Not sure what else needs to be done to make it work like it is advertised. I bought it only because it is PPD and ammonia free but extremely disappointed.

Works well but not long enough.
What I love about this stuff is that it works and works well! I’ve used the major brands for years and it seems like a little while ago the formula changed cause they just caused tons of burning and irritation. I’ve tried a few others that were sub par or did not provide the outcome advertised. This stuff doesn’t irritate at all and it gives the deep black color I’m looking for! What I don’t like is the price point compared to other brands, even the leading ones. I also don’t like that it doesn’t last very long. A couple days over a week and then you are looking to dye again in a couple days. If it lasted longer then the price would be well worth it and this would be a 5 star review.
