I gave the product three stars for the following two reasons:1. Lack of customer support. I emailed the company and after three days have not received a reply.2. Batteries do not hold a charge. I charged the battery at 4:00 pm; the next morning at 8:00 am the battery was dead.Overall the drone works and takes video and photos. It is easy to fly and the range is good since we must keep the drone in sight while flying.I am a beginner so the drone meets all my requirements and is fun to fly. During my first flight, the battery drained quickly and the drone automatically returned to home perfectly.
