I am not using this as intended by the manufacturer. I have a fairly high light sensitivity, so I'm using this to rest my eyes at work. The goal is to help prevent ocular migraines, but it'll take a while before I know how much it's helping. I was considering a regular blindfold, but I have ASD and ADHD, so I get understimulated, which can make me anxious. With the built in headphones, I can listen to music to prevent that problem. It's more comfortable than I expected, which is definitely great. The material is nice and soft. The strap is ok, but I recommend adjusting it before putting it on, instead of while putting it on; hair and Velcro don't get along. The material retains heat, so my forehead got a little warm while using it. I don't have a problem with that, but it's worth noting for anyone who gets warm too easily. It came with earplugs, but I'm not using them since I want to retain awareness of my surroundings. I keep the volume at a good background level and I'm happy with the speaker quality. It's really effective at blocking the light. It took me a couple of tries to get the nose section positioned just right to stay in place while I was chewing, but I was able to. It's dark enough that taking it off was a bit jarring. Going directly from darkness to office lighting is not recommended. I have learned from that and will be sure to lift it a little and let some light in for a couple of seconds before taking it off completely. The battery life is decent and I love the little storage bag it came with. I haven't had it long yet, but I'll try to remember to update this review when I have a rough idea of how well it holds up over time.

I bought this product in hopes of having a more elevated guided meditation experience and this product has exceeded my expectations. Additionally, I think ANYONE could benefit from this product! I have used it for guided meditations and also just play rain sounds as I go to sleep. It is so comfortable, the sound level is absolutely perfect and can be adjusted to your preferences and it has become a staple of my night time routine after only a week of use! It’s so easy to use, it isn’t tight on my head, it stays on throughout sleep, and I sweat I have the best meditations and sleeps of my life with it! Will update review if anything ends up going wrong with it but I could not be happier with this purchase!

I've used a few of these now over the years. I have a condition where I need to have some sort of noise stimulus in order to sleep peacefully, so these devices have been a lifesaver. Before them, I would wake up several times throughout the night, often waking my wife and it led to less sleep for both of us and way more irritability in our days. So, with that backstory out of the way, I'll say that this is by far the best sleepmask with embedded BT speakers that I've ever used. Seriously, the best. And that's after about 3 months of use now. What makes this better than the others? Build quality, layout, sound quality, fabric quality. First, a lot of these masks have all their parts sort of floating in the mask. This leads to a lot of wires that are easily accessible but which then quickly get out of place, pushed around, and make for a less comfortable fit and leads to pulling and tugging of the components to the point of damage. This mask had everything in very well pocketed positions. The speakers were floating enough to reposition to a comfortable location, but not so much it was all loose. Second, most of these masks have a charging port attached to a cable that is off to the side of the mask. the port and cable get moved around and then end up in uncomfortable positions, and worse sometimes lead to guts of the electronics falling out of the mask. This one has the charging port embedded into the control unit, easily accessible at the top of the mask. This one of the best features IMO. Third, the sound quality is much improved. It's a small speaker set and don't expect top notch quality, but it's still better than any of the other units I've used which often sounded like cheap phone speakers. This is at least closer to mid-range earbuds. Fourth, the fabric is quality. Other masks get so stretched out and start getting looser and looser. I redo the Velcro tightening strap, but it's still too loose and I run out of Velcro. This one is tight! And it stays tight! I've used it three months and never once had to retighten anything. It fits right every time. So, why is it only four stars? Well, primarily the battery life. Other units I've used have been able to go several nights, or at least two nights without a new charge being required. This one will make it maybe 1 1/2 nights, so you have to recharge every morning or it's going to go out mid way through the next night. Maybe this is fine for you, but I really wish it could go a couple days as there are times I'm on the road away from convenient charging options so I have to ration my use which for me sucks. Also, the sound quality as I said is better than any similar device I've used, but still isn't great. I'm sure it could be improved. If I were solely rating in comparison to other similar devices, it would be a 4 1/2 star rating, with a point off for the smaller battery. Hope this review helps. I know I wish I had one like this as I was shopping around for all these masks, it would have saved me months and money.

After trying the Bose Sleepbuds, I wasn’t sure I’d find something better, but this sleep mask blew me away. The blackout effect is legit (no light leaks at all), the sound quality is excellent, and I love being able to control what I listen to from my Calm app (or anything else). Bluetooth connects easily, the mask stays put all night, and it’s surprisingly breathable and comfortable, nice stretch to it, bonus for not squishing my eyes. It’s a perfect sleep companion whether you're at home or traveling (though I haven't tested that part yet). The battery life holds up for a couple of nights, but super easy to charge each morning. Total win.

Best investment I’ve made in years. I have zero problems staying asleep. And it works well with my CPAP also so it doesn’t mess anything up on that end. The speakers in it are very comfortable and put out a very good amount of sound and the lowest setting is perfect for going to sleep if you want something very low and subtle

Works great for what I wanted it for. The only downside was that I couldn't quite hear the audio well at all on an aeroplane, since it's not really built for noise reduction
