Excellent product for my needs just perfect. The price point is excellent. Very satisfied with the design and sound. It's very loud. But I don't really play it loud but it is good to know the capability is there. And the quality of sound is better than I expected with many preset options. A great buy.

This sound system works very well as described. I was in search for a small system with a big sound and got it with this system. Naturally it can’t compare to a system like Bose or Pioneer but for the money it works very well. I live in a four bedroom house and when I turn the volume up loud I can hear it with good clarity in all the rooms. I recommend this system if you cannot afford an expensive system. LG is a very good brand. My 75” TV is an LG and is perfect. Thank you!!

Great product for the money, good sound quality, especially like the usb ports easy play

I am an engineer by education. I have been designing, building and repairing speakers since 1985. The speakers that came with the system sounded ‘out of phase’. The sound quality was terrible. Since I am so acknowledged on speakers, I decided to take them apart and see if I could identify the problem and make them better. Warning! Unless you are a highly skilled wood working craftsman, do not attempt what I did! The speakers are base reflex with only a first order crossover (6dB slope 4 ohm). Both tweeters were wired backwards from the factory meaning the speaker coils were running backward, producing the out of phase sound. I installed a second order (12 dab slope) crossover and added sound insulation to the speaker boxes. The sound is now acceptable for the quality of the speaker components. The amplifier, CD player, radio and two USB ports are very good for the price of the system. I put the system in my shop where I work. I didn’t expect a very high dollar audio system like in my house, but am pleased with the purchase. LG needs to fix their design error.

For a small unit, this thing bumps! This is more than enough to keep the party going, and with the options of surround sound on t.v or Bluetooth on your phone, plus USB, CD player and radio, there’s more than enough options to play whatever you want. This was worth every penny and I highly recommend it. I was going to post a video to showcase the sound but it honestly doesn’t do it justice listening to it through a recording on a phone. If your looking for something with a great sound but at a reasonable price, this is it. Don’t waste anymore time thinking about it, just buy it. You’ll thank me.

I hooked this up to my TV and it sits in the living room. Works great sound is good. I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for, and I would have to say that I'm impressed with this little, small system. A lot of times I use headsets when I watch TV but for the times I don't it comes through this little stereo. Definitely been thinking about looking for something a little bigger. For now, this will do.

I have used this for various parties and events. I have used it at multple locations and paired it with my karoke machine. Blue tooth connections keep working without issues. I had to edit the wires a few times because the metal parts of the wire where covered too much by the sheathing. No big issue though, I will need to do it a few more times most likely as I move it often and the wires tend to snap.

I bought this Mini Hi-Fi System (CK43) on Amazon.com in December 2018. It worked well for about a month and half. Then it stopped working. At first, I thought it was the remote, but I quickly found out that this was not the case after I changed the batteries in the remote. I also tried manually turning on the unit without using the remote, and even plugging the power cord into a different outlet. Nothing I tried succeeded in bringing this unit back to life. Since it was still under warranty, I contacted LG to request either a repair of the unit, or a refund. They responded with a series of questions about the purchase. I answered all of their questions, including providing my residential address and phone number. Then nothing. After more than one month of waiting, I sent a reminder to LG that I had still not received any response. Again, nothing. As I write this, it's been five weeks since this reminder, and more than 10 weeks since I first contacted LG about the situation. I have no intention of sending yet another reminder. I have simply concluded that I made a mistake buying this product. On top of that, LG has been sending me multiple emails advertising other LG products they obviously believe I should buy. Unless I receive a replacement for this unit (at this point, a repair will no longer cut it for me), this will be the last LG product I will ever buy.
