This walker is perfect. Nice wide, comfy seat. It seems very sturdy and durable. I thought the description said it was 16 lbs but the instruction booklet said 20 lbs. It seemed a little heavy when I was getting it upstairs but I made it with no problem. Folds easily and when I engaged the brake lock and wrapped the hook and loop strap around the frame it leaned against the wall without falling. I’m 71 years old and a female and was able to assemble it in about one hour with no problems. I purchased this model specifically because of its sturdiness and nice wide seat because I can’t walk long distances and I want to be able to take plenty of breaks when needed while on my walks.

This is a sturdy walker! It supports up to 350 pounds. I feel safe when using it. It has so many adjustable heights. My last walker I found myself hunching over. Not with this walker... the handles and the seat are adjustable. The wheels work nice and smooth. It is so easy to use. The seat is comfortable as well as the back rest. I am so happy with this walker. And it was a good price! Thank you Homland, you made a great walker!

I am very impressed with the quality of this R2 rollator. Very strongly made with a wide seat. Has capability of locking the hand breaks which my other walkers have not had. Plus it adjusts to a height where I do not have to bend so low. The first one delivered had a defective opening not allowing a wheel leg to slide in. Chelsea from Homland was very helpful. She had a replacement sent within a few days. I was concerned the second rollator would have the same defect. Not at all. Was very easy to assemble. The hardest part was unwrapping the plastic wrapping on each piece before assembly.

This Homland walker is an outstanding value . It comes partially assembled with an instruction manual . I contacted customer service with a few questions on assembly and spoke to Isabella who was very receptive to my inquiry . It took me about an hour to put it together . Ultimately my assembly was faultless /and the product works perfectly .At $80 dlrs you can’t beat the price point for value. Construction of the product is excellent . It has brakes ; a very comfortable seat with included 2,gallon storage bag underneath . I put the walker into immediate use and am on the road to recovery .i recommend this product with no reservations Sincerely Big Bob

It works well for our needs. A feature that would help, for hardwood floors, is to use softer rubber for the tires.

This is the best rollator out there. I love the fact that the back is supported by a little brace. No more rubber across the back, which actually causes more pain for those of us with back problems. I like the large 8" wheels and the way it folds up so easily to fit in the, car. I got the purple color, and it is beautiful; you can't beat the price either. There are full instructions included although a friend put it together for me. For those who are really weak, you might need someone else to put it in the trunk for you. It is durable and you get a pretty smooth ride too. All in all, you can't beat this product.

I initially bought this for myself and my wife has also used it when she has had foot operations. Both of us find it very solid and sturdy and very easy to use. I'd like that it fits through the doors of our normal house without any problems and is also maneuverable enough to use in tighter spaces. The large wheels make it particularly good and navigating uneven surfaces that give other walkers problems. I would suggest especially if you're not mechanically inclined to get help in assembling it. Thankfully my son in law what happened be here when it was delivered and was able to do the assembly for me. While I wouldn't say it was difficult to assemble, I do remember him having some issues although that might have had more to do with him being the type who doesn't read the instructions until something is obviously not working out!

I was a little worried when I ordered this rollator, because it was considerably less expensive than others with the same features. In this case, though, "you get what you pay for" turned out to be wrong. I've had this for almost a year now, and it's a wonderful, sturdy, useful piece of equipment. Unfortunately, the rollator's removable back rest stayed behind in a Lyft vehicle this week, after the driver stowed it in the cargo area. When I got out of the vehicle, and he brought the Rollator around to me, the seat was up and I didn't notice the back rest was gone until the driver had pulled away. Despite my texting and chatting for hours with the driver and Lyft customer support, the backrest appears to be a permanent goner. I was really sorry, because this Rollator has been such a help for me, and the back rest is so useful for draping things over to transport them from place to place. So, this morning I called Homland customer support, actually not expecting much, since it often seems that replacement parts cost almost as much as the whole original item itself. The customer supportturned out to be an extremely nice young fellow named Aaron, based here in the US. He immediately said they'd send out a replacement backrest - for free! I use this Rollator all the time, indoors and when I go out, and it's held up so well this year that I expect to be using it for many years to come – it looks and operates just like new. If I ever do need to replace it, after this experience with their customer service, it will be another Homland!

This rollator is perfect for my husband to use outside. Well built and easy for him to use while gardening. Love the cushioned seat.

I received the rollator yesterday. Earlier this afternoon, when assembling it, I found that the left handlebar couldn't be tightened (see photos attached); the handlebar remains swinging around. As the result, the product is unsafe.

Purchased as a gift for a 65 year old woman with a broken ankle. Crutches were too cumbersome and difficult. This allows her to sit and scoot around during the more acute phase, and will be helpful when the time comes for gradual weight bearing. The quality is great. It’s heavy and sturdy, and rolls very smoothly. Assembly was very straightforward- everything is marked 1 goes with 1, 2 goes with 2, and so on. It is cumbersome and off balance as you assemble, so if you need it for your back or something, you will probably need help assembling.
