It was a pleasant surprise to me that I actually really liked it. I will definitely keep this one on my digital book shelf. Wonderful cook book.
I was really pleased with this cookbook, very easy to read, easy recipes, succinct and clear. I am usually a tad disappointed with American style cookbooks, being of British origins, especially because some ingredients aren't easily available here in Australia. This cookbook was beyond easy, even giving bread recipes to make the buns to create the burgers. I appreciate the effort the author obviously made to source the recipes, from the inception of the 'burger' to present day offerings via gluten free, sourdough and other recent culinary trends. I admit that I received a free pdf format of the book, but despite this would be reluctant to give a review without thoroughly checking out the book. It was a pleasant surprise to me that I actually really liked it. I will definitely keep this one on my digital book shelf.

Awesome for burger lovers
I love the idea of a burger bar for a summer cookout, with the different types, seasonings, toppings and sauces and spread, I also enjoyed learning where the burgers started in history. I recommend this book for making a delicious burger that the family will love.

Burger burgers burgers
I like the way this was written it chronological takes you through burgers recipes of varius burger restaurants from the beginning of burgers to the present. I like that they include recipes for making hambuger buns. there are so many to try it will hard to pick one favorite. If you are a burger enthusiasts then you will enjoy this cookbook of burgers from late 1890 to the present. It is burger nostalgia through that last century until current. It is a must have burger cookbook.

Hamburger cook book
I saw some recipes in there that I'm going to start trying on my family there was a couple recipes in there that my mom had made and I couldn't figure out how she made them and she wouldn't tell me so I'm going to try them out and see if that's the way she made them or not

I love this book I have tried a couple of the recipes already and it sure makes a change from ordinary burgers to gourmet delicious. I give this book a two thumbs up and I will recommend this book to family and friends. Thank you

Excellent book
Excellent book very informative and I will be trying some of these in the very near future. Ive always wanted to elevate my cooking and this book will be a great asset

Interesting history, but fairly simple, similar recipes
Good pictures and interesting history of the hamburger, but we thought the recipes were in general a bit uninspiring, with many of them having pretty much the same simple ingredients. We found maybe five that we might make out of the 100+ recipes in the publication.

I'm the new burger guy in my neighborhood
Thanks to "The Homemade Burger Cookbook", I'm not making plain burgers anymore. You have to check out this book if you want to elevate your burger game!

Fake recipes "graphic book". No real pictures! Likely complied and witten with AI - GARBAGE!
Nice graphics, but NONE of the recipes for well known burgers are even remotely accurate. Example: Everyone knows that White Castle Burgers have holes in them and are steamed on onions. The recipe in the book for White Castle Burgers says: cook patties and the onions and serve on mini buns lol. FAKE FAKE FAKE. ALL the famous burger recipes are TOTALLY FAKE! It's really just a burger graphic book,..no real pictures inside the book (only the 4 pictures on the cover are real). This is a pathetic attempt at a burger book. It's almost like it was written and complied with AI. Likely,..it is AI created garbage.
