I’m a regular matcha drinker and I’m used to very high-quality matcha. I ordered this one after reading the positive reviews, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The color is dull and looks oxidized, which is usually a sign of poor quality or old matcha. The taste is also not good at all and far from what a proper matcha should taste like. I bought the 100g bag and unfortunately I would not recommend this matcha.

I have been drinking matcha for many years, 20 or more, and this is top of the line. Incredible taste, fragrance and color. Mellow, grassy, smooth, not at all bitter, just right. If you haven't tried it yet I highly recommend.

I’m happy with the quality of the matcha itself. The flavor is smooth and vibrant, and it mixes well, so the product seems to be good. However, the packaging and presentation were disappointing. When my order arrived, the bag looked messy with matcha powder all over the outside of the package. It made it feel like the product wasn’t sealed or handled carefully during packaging. Thankfully the matcha inside still seems usable, but for a food product—especially something premium like ceremonial grade matcha—I would expect cleaner packaging and better quality control. If the packaging were improved, this would easily be a 5-star product. 🍵

My go to matcha! I love the taste and aroma of this matcha. It gives the perfect green and not too earthy and not too sweet and so smooth. I love the size for the price as well, best ive seen for the quality.
