Welcome home
I had my previous chi for a very very long time pretty sure close to 15 years. When you pay $100 for a flat iron it better live and outlive. Now mind you my chi told me years ago it needed to be replaced but I just couldn’t bring myself to want to spend the money so I held on. Then finally last week my hair looked at me frizzed out of control after an amazing press and said “babe please let’s just move on” 😂 So here we are. She’s pink and pretty and works very well. The smoothness after caught my full attention. Heat level and control is just fine just like the one i had previously. Quality is great and a great price.

My second flat iron in 15 years
Packaging came dented because Amazon sent it in a paper packet instead of a box. It thankfully didn't damage the flat iron. This is my second ever Chi. The first one lasted 15 years. This new one feels just as nice and lightweight. The flat iron itself blinks while heating up and turns solid once ready to use. It heats up quick. I have very thick 2a hair that this flat iron takes like a champ. It doesn't pull on my hair or feel uncomfortable. I have never once had a problem with it burning my hair. The dial wheel for temperature control is a nice addition my previous Chi did not have. If you are looking for a budget friendly and reliable, simple flat iron then this is it! Treat her with care and she will last you many years.

Ordered for 16 yr old granddaughter. She loves it!! Works very well and her hair always looks nice. She can style it straight or curly. Great price, too.
