Comfortable shorts!.I went one size down as per reviews.It really fits me well.

Bought these while trying to find a suitable replacement for a pair of Adidas Climalites that I have loved, but are sadly not made anymore. These are an extremely similar construction, but with a slightly shorter leg. I have many pairs of these now. I’m not much of a runner, but I do pool cardio laps 1-2 times a week. I’m a powerlifter and failed crossfitter; the years of repeated injuries have made the pool a godsend for recovery and low-impact cardio. These are the best trunks I have ever used in the pool, even though this isn’t how they are marketed. The fit is amazing, the bikini shaped liner is perfect for control of the bits, and the material is excellent in the water. I bought a variety of darker colors and they are still opaque when wet, so nobody gets an unwanted sneak peek of the goods. I can’t vouch for the lighter colors as I have not worn them. The color variety of the lineup is awesome, hopefully they add more interesting dark colors. These are killer for the price, especially on Lightning Deal. The fit is awesome if you’re at all athletic, and I honestly feel like I look damn good in these. This is a step for me as I have pretty serious body dysmorphia, but I know I am actually pretty jacked and these really suit a weightlifter type body. If you’re military, these are the ranger shorts but better. You need these in your life. So far they are holding up well, have no discoloration from the pool, and dry pretty fast. I have not worn them to the beach yet as it’s still cold here, but I would feel totally comfortable doing that. One request: G Gradual, please make these in 5” inseams! Don’t change anything else about them, just add that additional version to the lineup. Don’t stop making the 3” versions, make both. PLEASE!!! Those would probably be the most versatile trunks out there for mixed use. You make that length in other materials, but we need this design in 5” too.

Finally: Running shorts that check all the boxes. They're light. They're super comfortable. They include a snug and comfy inner liner (which is black, which I like). They feature an internal drop pocket for your keys. They're shorts that are *short* and don't hang down to your knees or slap against your thighs when you run. They feature a big, soft, wide waistband with generous elastic in it. So they fit to size and stay in place snugly; you don't even need the included drawstring, although that's a nice feature. The big waistband, however, is also a drawback, in that it's over an inch tall, and hugs your waist like a band of tape. In other words, whereas the shorts keep you cool, the waistband gets hot. So I'd deduct half a star for that drawback; still, these are great running shorts, and a good value for the price. I can recommend them confidently.

Love the color of this, really nice material, this company definitely made these shorts for training Great fit and is accommodating for the thicker thighs which comes along from doing multiple forms of fitness I do a lot of military workouts and crossfit and I will definitely buy these again
