Thigh highs that stay up!
I'm a mid-20s college student and I wear these almost every day, whenever I wear skirts/dresses. I've worn other brands, such as Nordstrom brand, that fall down after one wear, or are severely laddered following a tiny snag or wear in the toes. Nothing can ruin the day more than throwing away a new pair of nylons! Durability. I can make Hanes' thigh highs last at least six or seven wears before the silicon bands turn white and start to slip. The nylon, while not quite as sheer as the Nordstom brand, is durable and can withstand numerous small snags. They rarely ladder and the toes can withstand pretty good wear as well. I do treat them like priceless heirlooms, though, by wearing gloves while putting them on, not touching them during the day, and keeping them in zip lock bags in my hosiery drawer when not in use. Sizing. I am 5'5" and vary between 130-140lb. The A/B size fits perfectly. The band might be on the snug side (not a bad thing) but the C/D size is much too long with only a little more room in the thigh. C/D gathers at my ankles. Colour. I have very pale olive-toned skin on my legs. I've worn all five colours available. - "Jet" is a true black that is sheer and suitable for black-hemmed skirts. - "Barely black" is a warm, smokey off-black that is suitable for black- or brown-hemmed skirts. - "Barely there" is a caramel-tone nude that is too dark for me. Suitable for light skirts. - "Little color" is lighter and cooler than "Barely there," almost like dark camel or something - it's a good tan colour for me and suitable for light skirts. - "Travel buff" is almost a perfect match for my tanless thighs, a very light white-ish sand colour. Overall, these are the best middle-range priced thigh highs you can get. They are a good mix of quality, colour, and durability.

Great every day stockings
I like to wear thigh highs in the summer time because my legs get really cold inside the office. I don't like pantyhose because they're not comfortable around my middle. (Is it just me, or are black tights much more comfortable and flattering around the tummy than pantyhose??) DURABILITY: Anyhow, I have purchased about 8 pairs of these. I've tried some other brands, but I find that these Hanes are the best in terms of staying up. I have only once had a problem with the thigh high sliding down my leg as I walked down the street (which was incredibly embarrassing!!), and I realized that what happened was the top of the stocking was folded inside itself, so the silicone wasn't touching my leg. Otherwise, I've been able to wear these stockings out. I wash them in a mesh bag and then hang dry. I wear each pair about once a week, and they last forever. I have only had a few stockings that ripped to the point that I couldn't wear them. I do not have problems with runs, and I'm a little surprised by that. My desk at work has a little nail protruding, and I know that I hit it a few times as I'm crossing my leg -- but the stockings just get a little hole, and it does not spread out into a run. COLORS: I am fair skinned, and I like to get either the "Barely There" (which looks like lightly tanned skin) or "Travel Buff" (which looks like untanned skin. I tried the "Little Color" but was very disappointed. That shade is too white (and again, I'm fair skinned to begin with), and it looked too unnatural. I wouldn't recommend that shade if you're trying to have the stocking blend into your skin, because if it looks too white on my pasty skin, I can't imagine that it would look natural on anyone!

Hanes Silk Reflections Lace Top Thigh Highs
My favorite thigh highs EVER were made by Hanes--they came in an extraordinarily natural-on-me color called "nude", had a pretty lace top, lasted forever, felt great, and you could order them in medium, which would fit up to 6ft (not this A/B and C/D sizing). These are definitely not as good, but I've been trying out different brands and styles like crazy, and so far the closest I've found to my old holy grail thigh highs. On colors: I've ordered these in Jet, Barely There, Travel Buff, and Little Color. Jet is a standard sheer black. Barely There looks god-awful on me--far too dark/orangey for my pale skin and reminiscent of your granny's knee-highs. (Obviously these might look beautiful on someone with darker skin; they just suck on me.) But then Travel Buff is unnaturally light, even on someone as fair as I am. It's not light enough to look white, but not dark enough to look natural, so it just ends up looking a bit unhealthy. Little Color is currently my go-to natural color, although the ideal shade for me would be just a little lighter than this. On sizes: I've ordered these in both size A/B and C/D, and I can wear both, but neither is as perfect as the old medium. The A/B fits nicely around, but doesn't come as high up on the thigh as I'd like. I'm 5'11 and it only hits about halfway up on me. I like them to come up higher because they feel more secure when they fit around the larger part of my thigh, plus you can wear them with shorter dresses/skirts, and they just look sexier, in my opinion. So I started ordering C/D for the extra length. The length on the C/D size is actually perfect, but I've noticed they tend to roll down a bit. Not enough to actually fall down or anything--it's just the very top that tends to fold over. I'm guessing this is due to their being a bit too big around, as the A/B size doesn't do this for me. (Bring back Medium!) These feel very nice--silky, not scratchy, and the lace top is much prettier than the non-lace kind. The stay-up band is also nice and wide, which for me has been the secret to being able to comfortably keep them up all day. Unfortunately these are significantly less durable than the old kind--some pairs have lasted fine, but on others my toe has broken through on a first wear. (But as others have pointed out, thigh highs are great because you can still use the good half of a pair when you get a snag.) Overall I'd recommend these. I'll keep looking for something better, but as I said, I've tried a lot and thus far these are the best I can find, at least in this price range.

Good Quality, Light in Shade, Stay put Well
5'9" 153lbs, the C/D fit a bit snug on the top, giving me a thigh muffin top, but I'm completely out of shape and my thighs aren't firm, so it was expected, and wasn't visible under my flowy skirt. I am very fair-skinned so I ordered the Travel Buff, but it was a bit too pale for my taste. Probably matches my natural ghost tone, but I like hose to give me just a touch of color, which helps conceal any skin flaws or stubble. I will probably go with Little Color shade next time. Overall no issues with them staying put, they seem pretty sturdy (not very flimsy or too thin), and they are high enough for my long legs, so I'm happy with the construction.

Too Much of a Size Gap between EF and GH Sizes -- Neither One is a Truly Great Fit
Because of what Amazon's AI advised, and a few reviewers advised, I bought size GH , but I had to return them. I am 5'7 which is reasonably tall, but the length GH size length went clear up to my crotch with plenty more to spare. If not for my hips stopping them, they could have stretched all the way up to my waist! So, I reordered in the EF size. I am roughly 180 lbs, and I carry most of my weight in my middle body as opposed to my arms and legs. The EF size was definitely a much better fit lengthwise, but the elastic is quite tight. They are not very comfortable to wear. On the other hand, if they were much more relaxed, they probably would not stay up well at all. I bought the Little Colour and the Barely Black colours. Overall, the quality of the nylon and the elastic is good. I just wish the GH size was not quite so long because it would have been the more comfortable fit for sure. There is a gap between these two sizes. The EF is a bit small, but the GH is so long as to make it impossible not to have the tops of the stockings bunched up under my body. I am torn on how many stars to award. I think 3 is fair because the quality of the materials is good, but they need to figure out the sizing better than this. EF is a bit too tight and uncomfortable, and if I push the elastics down to relieve the tightness, they start to fall down. On the other hand, the GH is so long from toe to top, from end to end, that my legs would have to be twice as long as they are to accommodate the GH size. It feels like there should be an intermediate size between EF and GH, OR what is more likely, they should make the GH shorter in length. Neither size is a really good fit, and both sizes are uncomfortable for different reasons, hence 3 stars instead of 5. I am going to keep them, though, because I only wear them to church and maybe to some special venue where I have to wear a dress. I will generally only ever have to have them on for 2-4 hours at a time, but those few hours I will not feel especially comfortable. YMMV.

Saggy stockings
I won't be ordering this item anymore because the pair that I received was defective. The tops had no elasticity at all nor did the so-called stickier strips work. I had to use rubber bands to hold them both up. DISSAPOINTING!!

Lasted a long time
These are really good quality. My wife wore these numerous times without running them.

A big NO
Not at all comfortable. Was not worthy of the money spent. The stockings has no grip whatsoever and keeps slipping which is an embarrassing thing and also a nuisance. Would recommend not to buy.

Great Lace tops.
They are very smooth to the touch with a nice sheer look. The lace top looks great and the elastic underside grips my leg securely. they do not ride down my leg. They also seem to be fairly long lasting. I would buy them again.

Buena compra
Están súper naturales, se ven muy bien, tiene un tono excelente. Lo único es que si están demasiado delgadas es muy probable que solo duren 1 o 2 puestas. Pero me encantó el diseño
