This surprised us (in a very good way). Was a little leery because the price was so low but this has proven to be a remarkable scooter. Battery life is insane. My dad rides this thing around his retirement home all week one one charge with plenty of juice left over. Very smooth ride and easy to operate. Only con (if there is one) is the location of the charging port. It's down low beneath the seat and very hard for an older person to reach and see. Plus, it's an XLR plug which is more challenging to use. I solved the problem by purchasing a 3-foot XLR cable, plugged it into the charging port and then used a zip tie to attach it to the back of the seat by the arm rest. This way it's easier for my dad (in his 90s) to reach and use. Great value and great product overall though. Highly recommend.

according to my lovely grandpa, this scooter has been amazing. The battery lasts a long time, so don’t have to worry about charging it all the time. It’s super easy to take apart and put in the car, which makes it really convenient for grocery trips. The ride feels smooth and safe. The quality—it’s solid! definitely better than my grandma’s old one.

The item functions incredibly well, and the battery lasts longer than marketed or expected. I am 6’1” though, so the standard size of this scooter does not fit my frame easily- it does very well, but I wish there had been a note about the heights it was designed for

The scooter is very stable, and the four-wheel design makes it stable, especially on uneven roads. The battery life of the scooter is also very long, and it can be used for a long time on a single charge. In short,this scooter is not only convenient and comfortable, but also very suitable for the elderly. I highly recommend it!

Great purchase. Easy to assemble. Pretty easy to transport. Fit into a mini cooper trunk with minimal disassembly. I worked an 8 hr shift and the battery lasted all day.

This was bought for an 84 year old woman.....and she loved it.It was easy to assemble & easy for her to learn how to operate it.

BEWARE! Ordered the Metro M1with uogrades such as 9in. pneumatic wheels and spring suspension. DID NOT COME AS ADVERTISED!Not sure who is responsible, Amazon or Metro Mobility. Impossible to contact a living customer representative for help. I’m an elderly man and spent the entire evening unpacking the scooter only to find out that I would have to wrestle this back in the box for return… so disappointed.
