What happens when there is a power outage? What will happen to the bulb?

When power goes out the bulb falls more often then not and has a good chance of shattering like mine just did. Unfortunately the company does not seem to offer replacements which seems like a big oversight and will be the main reason I do not recommend this product to others.

My bulb broke and I need a replacement one. How can I get a replacement?
