Great alternative
Love Jurassic park and I needed something to keep my thoughts in order and this has been good so far. It is smaller than your standard travelers notebook inserts and you can see the difference in the picture and video. It does not bother me. But it might be a deciding factor for you. I added two standard size inserts as well as kept the original 2 inserts the journal comes with and the folder insert, and it doesn’t feel too bulky to throw in my bag.

A Souvenir Out Of The Jurassic Park Gift Shop
This Jurassic Park notebook is fun to use. It looks like something you would get at the Jurassic Park souvenir shop. Effort has been made to make it look authentic and practical to use. The outer cover is a PVC-type cover with an imprinted dinosaur skin pattern, along with the Jurassic Park logo. The notebook can be opened and closed via a rubber band. On the inside front, you will find a pocket where you could put three business cards. At the very back, there is a clear zippered pocket to put in flat objects or pens/pencils. Within the notebook are two sets of notebooks: one has dotted grid pages, and the other has blank pages. These notebooks are held in place with two separate stretchy bands. Overall, this notebook is super fun to own and look at, and I can use it as a notebook too! Recommended.

Nicely made themed journal.
My son loves movie products and this was just what he wanted. It fits nicely in a man’s hands, not overly big but a nice size.
