Are the picks comparable to Fender Medium sized ones?

The size & thickness is the same as a Fender (Medium - 0.028"). If the feel is important, they seem slightly flimsier than a Fender pick, and not as smooth. Keep in mind they are produced as a Beatles' novelty. Pick types are a personal preference...... Like Douglass said; try buying a variety pack if you aren't sure what you will like.

Are these medium gauge?

Various gauges from thin to thick. Some medium.

Does it come with picks?

See the first bullet point -- YES -- "This collectible pick tin featuring The Beatles' striped artwork contains 15 medium gauge guitar picks, "

Different are there 10 different picks? It's only showing 5

There are two of each pick. If this was helpful, please consider purchasing from us (pixelproaudio on Amazon). We can help with support after the sale as well. We have it in stock and ready to ship. - Pixel Pro Audio
