Blazing Speed, Lots of Ram, All that I need
Very fast... Working great... And I thought my 5yr old laptop with 32Gb was fast...

HP WILL NOT WARRANTY - not a 100% HP device
This is not a 100% HP product. I bought in February. In March it would not boot. Sent it to HP for repairs still under warranty. The warranty would not cover repairs because the seller installed a different SSD. HP responded: " Reason:: NO BOOT CX HAS 3RD PARTY COMPONENT.;PARTS : SSD"

Bluetooth does not connect
This computer is amazing for the price, however, I have had Bluetooth issues on 2 of these laptops now. I ordered a replacement after the first one wasn't working, and it's still not working. I have tried every fix possible and nothing. I am increasingly frustrated.

Misleading/deceptive product description.
These are old stock laptops of yester year that have been "upgraded" by a 3rd party company with parts which seem from questionable sources which seller refused to verify the aftermarket parts they installed that do not match how HP sold that modle number laptop. If you are expecting modern features like USB C Super Speed charging when features like USB C SuperSpeed are listed in descrption and you will not get what you think you are buying. As long as vendor responds even if its worthless gibberish and doesn't answer questions posed than the A-Z guarentee 3rd party protection process in place is worthless and will drag on for literally months.

Requires Microsoft 365 Business Account
I'm sure its a good laptop, but beware you MUST have a Microsoft 365 business account to use this laptop. It doesn't work otherwise. We are returning.
