Firstly let me say this is is not for the faint of heart 😂😂 I bought these after a recommendation from my aunt after I had sprained my ankle. The first time wearing it felt like I was stepping on pebbles. Eventually after a few days I got used to wearing it and it was helping with the pain. It is straight forward and easy to use. It definitely takes some getting used to but it helped me in my ankle pain and healing process and every now and then I wear it just to get my blood flowing as I noticed it helped me sleep as well. Just need to wear it up to 20 mins when worn and weird thing is after a while it will feel like you are wearing normal sliders. Try it for yourself and see. It isn't noisy when walking around and it is surprisingly strong material. In terms of size it fits well and the velcro function helps to adjust so it's nice and snug. Takes some getting used to but I would highly recommend.

At the start these are incredibly sore to walk around in and as others have said definitely wear thick socks. You do get used to them and I could wear them no problem now. They are losing a star as they are not quiet to walk on, very clicky noise but I wear them for about 15 mins at a time just for the health benefits and I do feel they fixed my sciatica for one thing. I also had a sore shoulder which that part was sore on my foot (they give a little leaflet indicating where each part of your body is) my shoulder is also fine now but I did have massages too. In general I do believe in the pressure points being good for your body and I’m glad I bought them. I let friends try them and they were sore in totally different places in their feet to me which related to their bodies.

Like other reviewers I found these really uncomfortable at first but after a week of wearing them in short bursts each day they're starting to feel like normal sliders. Size 5/6 fits me well as I'd be 5.5. They are a little stiff and squeaky but I don't plan wearing them out. Definitely improve circulation in your feet. I have the brown and although not the most trendy I'd happily wear them out. Very well made and sturdy. I have Plantar Fasciitis. As yet there's been no improvement there but it has been only 1 week. Unfortunately I've now acquired some lower back pain. Back pelvic area on my right side. I believe this may be from wearing the slippers as I've experienced similar problems with Birkenstocks. Going to return them.

Helps with pain relief. I bought these because I had overdone exercises for feet walking forward and backward on tiptoes. The pain caused by this went from big toe to soles to muscles over ankle bone on inside of leg. Whilst the pain on toe and sole went after a few weeks, the pain over ankle did not, and these sandals have definitely helped reduce the pain. They are painful initially to use, but by building up time slowly and using thick socks they are bearable. I noticed difference on very first day when I had only worn the sandals for less than a minute.

I followed the instructions that came with these sandals and wore them for 15 minutes a day for a week. Whilst it is true that the excruciating pain felt when wearing them lessened a little each day, after a week I was still unable to walk normaly whilst wearing them. I might have persevered were it not for the fact that my plantar fasciitis pain increased markedly. I have stopped wearing them and, a couple of weeks later, my fasciitis pain is still much worse than it was before I wore these sandals. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this product at all costs.

These are utterly fantastic. Although my feet don’t hurt, they always ache in the evening and I was looking for something to help. These are incredible. I quite happily walk on our gravel drive if I need to nip out and don’t have any shoes on, so don’t have tender feet. I could wear these with no socks straight away. Yes, they clatter but if you just wear them around the house for a while each day it gives your feet an amazing massage.

I decided to give it a go as I experiencing a lot of pain with my Plantar Fibroma, 3 weeks in I no longer have any pain or lumps on the soles of my feet. It is a little painful to begin with but if you bare with it you get used to it (like someone else said on here, no pain no gain), i can walk around with them most of the day now with no pain but i did start with only 10 mins a day. Some people said they couldn't feel the pressure on the arch of their feet as it isn't high enough in that area but I don't have much of an arch and it was perfect for me, they probably didn't make it higher so that it wouldn't be too much for someone who has feet like me. I couldn't recommend it more 10/10, these slippers saved me at lot of pain. They also give you extra knobs which was nice and you can remove them and adjust them to wherever you want the pressure on your feet. the velcro also helps as i have wide feet so i didn't have to worry about the fit, the length is true to size in my opinion.

I’ve been looking for reflexology slippers that can fit my small feet US5.5. These were the only ones that fit my size. They’re most expensive than say AliExpress but again they’re the only ones I could find in my size. I’m happy with the quality, I hope it’s durable. You wear these indoors, not outdoors. Read the instructions! Don’t wear them in wet areas either. I’ve worn these around the house while doing housework and stuff. Yes, they’re uncomfortable, even painful for some. That’s normal!! That’s what reflexology is about. The pain will tell you where your body is unwell. These brown ones aren’t meant to be “comfortable” slippers, they give you firm reflexology action. If you want comfortable, buy the slippers that give a gentle massage.
