This is the perfect sauce for almost anything. It has the perfect amount of heat to it. It’s says sweet chili but I think it’s more tangy in a good way rather than sweet. The spiciness of it hits the palate immediately. You can use it on tacos, chicken, rice or even scrambled eggs. Try it.

It's a bit spicier than some other brands of sweet chili sauce. BUT, it's not HOT! It adds a new level of flavor to your meal. The sweet and the chili spice shine through.

They call this sauce a " one flame out of 5", but Melinda's sauce is heavy on the heat, not so much on the sweet.

Melinda‘s Thai sweet chili sauce is a delicious continent and dipping sauce. It is not very spicy but that’s easily adjustable you can add your own hot sauce to it as I do. You can use it as a dipping sauce for dumplings, gyoza, or other fried foods. I also use it for my salads and as a glaze for meats. Highly recommend.
