The Absolute Best
I am an olive oil snob. This olive oil has far surpassed EVERY other olive oil out there. This is more of a drinking oil or for dipping your sourdough in or use on salad. I’d never cook with it. Color is rich green, when all the others are yellow. This has a little spicy kick to it but that’s just confirmation that there’s good, healthy olive ingredients. This is what olive oil is supposed to be.

Wonderful
I have been buying this olive oil at Whole Foods & they stopped carrying it. Glad to find it here. Nice, fruity taste. Not too heavy. Reasonable price.

Great. Peppery and Flavorful.
I love a peppery olive oil. This is one of my favorites. I discovered this olive oil because an amazing Italian restaurant in our neighborhood uses it. Rich green yellow color. Bold and peppery not fruity.

The best olive oil ever!
The taste of this olive oil is like no other. I found it while visiting a Whole Foods but I don't live near a Whole Foods. I was thrilled to see I can order it via Amazon. It is pricey but worth the money. I always order a few at a time and I have bought it for gifts.

Not sharing with my family
I love this oil for dipping! I usually add za’atar but it’s good even without anything added. Even my toddler likes it, but because this is sort of a splurge for a pantry item, I don’t share or allow it for use in cooking (unless I am cooking lol, yes I know). The can came dented VERY badly. Also, the coloring fades/smears. I’m not sure if it’s from oil outside the can or what, but I came home one day and it looked like morning-after makeup. Keep it away from unclean hands and chemicals!

There was no seal
I had this olive oil in a restaurant and liked it so much that I asked the waiter to let me know what kind it was. While I was very happy to find it on Amazon, when the olive oil arrived, there was no seal and the EVO didn't taste like what I had in the restaurant. I threw it away because I didn't trust whether the EVO had been tampered with.
