The best sunscreen I have used. I am prone to breakouts and using this daily hasn’t caused any flares. I also wear makeup daily and it sits well on top of the sunscreen doesn’t get overly oily throughout the day. Doesn’t have an overwhelming typical sunscreen smell. Feels nice on skin doesn’t feel sticky or gross like many other sunscreens. Pricey but an amazing investment for your skin!

This sunscreen did all it said it would do which was to not cause irritation, blend seamlessly intot my skin and have no white cast. It is not greasy and it spreads on with ease. I love it,

I really do like the consistency of this SPF. It goes on and blends in pretty well with my skin. The only thing I have issues with, and most of this is my fault, is that there’s only .5 oz in here. This is a TINY bottle. I should’ve paid attention to how much there was, so that part’s on me. But why it costs so much for so little is a mystery. It doesn’t really work that much better than CeraVe, Cetaphil, or Eucerin, and you only get a third of the amount of those for triple the price.

I've been wearing this daily for years! It's hands down my favorite. I love the nice layer it gives and the color is perfect for my skin tone. Plus it works well when I'm in the sun!

the above line is labeled as spf40 but the picture is for spf50 and it is what I received. I have been using Eltamd version of this sunscreen for decades usually 40, then 46 and now this hydrating 50. Sometimes new is not better. After spending over a week eliminating products to figure out why I was red and itchy I never imagined it would be this. I have been makeup free and skincare free for over a week and finally decided that I should put sunscreen on and that's it. Well guess what I'm burning and itchy. Then I read some reviews total shocker. So this is a no go for me, shame. ** update I went back to 40 and all is well. They are not the same if you flip through the photos each one has a different ingredient . My skin likes hydro acid , sorta namiacide , and not whatever is in 50. Really eltamd should do a better job at communicating this instead of lumping all these versions together . It seems like its just higher spf ,but it’s so much more.

I bought this as recommended by my dermatologist due to BCC (basal cell carcinoma). I had to have quite a large area removed from my nose and she wanted to me to wear a sunscreen daily. The product itself is great - non-oily and makes my skin feel great. Unfortunately the pump mechanism broke after only the second day. It was not clogged - it just wouldn’t put out any product any more. I would have returned it right away but we had already left town on vacation, so I basically cut the whole top of the bottle off so that I could have access to the product.
