I used to take these years ago but when I needed something recently i couldn't find them in any of my local chemists, in fact no one had heard of them. After using other treatment recommended by chemists I was relieved (pardon the pun) to find these online. Just as good as they used to be. No pain, no bloating and half a cube worked the day after I took it.

I’d been taking half a cube when needed which seemed to help. Then made the mistake of taking a whole one before bed. It definitely worked but with stomach pain and mad dashes 😣

It is a light laxative, don't expect cramps or big stool. But I find it effective for slow transit. It works better for me than other types of laxatives like metamucil or laxido. The tablets are a bit thick but I don't mind. I like the fact that ingredients are natural as well.
