This is a great exercise tool. I ordered this because I hate the gym, and it's too cold to go out daily for walks. This can be used simply in my living room while blasting my music at my home entertainment center. It's compact and could easily travel. Unfortunately the waits trainer or belt is too small. I would use it as a goal or just set it aside. If the friction is too much to bear I would invest in a plus sized waist belt. Overall I'm excited I finally chose to purchase this belt and I look forward to the fun workouts ahead!

It's loud, takes a decent amount of space to use, and tends to stop easily. On the plus side, it does fit with the extra included links, but the sweat belt nearly fits (normally size 18/20)

The power ball kept getting stuck and I had to keep starting it again. The rope kept getting twisted. I returned it.

If I could give no stars I would. It doesn’t rotate!!! I wanted to try this different design because it was different from the last hoop I got. It’s horrible. First off the links are suppose to be easy to put together and they wouldn’t fully click when I was trying to assemble them. Then I noticed as your linking them all they are already forming your hoop that more resembles a regular hoop with no give or flexibility to it. When I went to go put it on I felt like I was going to break it because there is no give to it and I had to suck in my stomach to try to get it around me. Then once I got it on and tried to spin the weight around it kept stopping! I tried positioning it higher and lower to see if either would help but it didn’t. I also tried adjusting the weight (you can make the cord to the weight longer or shorter) and that didn’t help either. Mine also came with a sweat belt and I’m assuming some type of cream I could use but the packaging for the cream was in CHINESE! How am I suppose to know what it is or how to use it?!?!!!… Maybe their regular type of hoop is ok but STAY AWAY from this type! It’s awful!

I find this very hard to use. To add and remove the pieces to make it fit around your waist is very difficult. It's too tight or it's too loose but the pieces are really hard to get apart.

I'm in terrible shape and wanted a fun way to work out, this is it! I have a job where I sit all day, I'm lucky if I even get 2000 steps in and with bad feet I don't enjoy long distance walking (or even short distance to be honest) but I know I need to do something. This came today and I put it together (very easy) and started moving. Although I didn't get half an hour in I could feel it from the muscles in my neck down to my ankles and am excited to work up to longer time with it. It's quiet enough that I could watch TV while I was doing it and it felt secure, I don't have any concerns about it coming apart while I'm hula hooping. It was very easy to take off when I was finished. Others have said they needed a sweat band to keep clothes from getting caught in it but I didn't have any trouble with that. I'm looking forward to losing my belly and tightening my muscles with it.

I researched a lot and expected this to be better. It’s loud. It’s stiff. It’s not very comfortable, but, it works. I’ll keep it, the neighbors will just be annoyed every time I use it.
