Jelly Mask for Facials Professional Natural Gel Face Masks,Hydrating Rubber Mask, 23 Fl Oz Jar Face Mask SkinCare(hyaluronic acid)

I loved this mask after a little trial and trouble shooting. I work with alginate in the lab so when I saw so many people having problems with the consistency, my inner scientist came out and I ran an impromptu trial. Here are the best results. Necessary disclosure- tools used: I had bought a complete spa kit from Fasplendor on here. It came with all the equipment -bowls, spatulas, etc but one of the best things it came with was a scoop and a measuring beaker. I used the scoop for the trials. For those without the kit- the scoop measures a teeny bit more than a teaspoon in imperial and 5 grams in metric. The 2 scoops of powder to one scoop of water provided the perfect consistency and set. Credit goes to reviewer Fray for suggesting this ratio. I used 6 scoops to 3 scoops warm water and it coated my whole face with the proper even thickness (about an inch of jelly) to get the mask to peel off in one lift. Make sure you keep it even, if there are thin spots, that’s what will cause trouble with your peel. It took 15 minutes to set to the touch but I gave it 20 just to be sure. It lifted off in one piece and I suspect that was the problem others were having with removal- it wasn’t thick enough so it stuck to their skin rather than itself. With that thickness and timing, the mask left my face feeling incredibly soft and refreshed; even 5 hours later, I can’t stop touching my skin because it feels so soft and moisturized. The hyaluronic acid mask has a soft pleasant smell that isn’t overpowering while using it too which is a major requirement for me. The value for the money is fantastic. I’m sure I’ll get an easy 50+ masks out of this one purchase. Overall a lovely mask and highly recommended!

Im an esthetician and I use a lot of hydrajelly masks on clients. I’ve tried all the ones on Amazon and they are either grainy or they don’t actually do anything to the face. This brand is my absolute favourite. I wouldn’t suggest it for self-use as jelly masks are only good when you’re lying down and applied in a thick layer - that way they come off in one shot. This is really a product for professional use or to be applied by a friend. I’m still waiting for Aloe, Hyaluronic Acid, and the Tea Tree option to come back!!
