Good
Got me this for postpartum and I love it. The timer I wish was a little bit longer, but the heat level is 100 out of 10. It’s not super heavy. The auto shut off is nice. The size is great. It’s like having a little fanny pack on and having heat with it as well. I love it.

Works great, first one was damaged.
I highly recommend this! The first one I got was clearly used and scratched up and did not work properly. The second one was perfect. Very nice. Easy to use and it gets really hot fast. I am 5’7 & 240 pounds and this easily fits me and it’s very comfortable and is not tight. The strap is adjustable. There was no weird smell coming off of it. It’s super affordable. It’s small so it’s not going to cover your whole abdomen but for period cramps or lower back pain it’s perfect. It’s easily portable and I LOVE that it’s rechargeable!! I use this on road trips and in the car when my tummy or back hurts. This really helps with pain relief and cramps. The inside part that gets hot has a soft material over it but I still wear it over my shirt because it does get hot. I love all the settings and how well this works. You can’t beat the price for how good this works. I highly highly recommend this!! TIP: I seen some reviews saying you cannot turn off the massager/vibrating setting but that’s not true. To turn off the vibration if you only want heat you just have to hold down the vibration button. If you just press it once it will continue to go through all the different vibration settings and modes but if you hold it down it will turn it off.

I wish it helped my wife more
I found my wife using it more for winding down at night, placing it across her shoulders or low back while reading, because it felt so comfortable, almost like a heated massage-pad wrap. That said — when it came to actual menstrual cramps or strong muscle spasms deep inside the abdomen, it didn’t deliver the level of relief I’d hoped for. The warmth is pleasant and relaxing, but the pad lacks the targeted deep-penetrating pressure or vibration you might need for intense cramp relief. On lower heat settings it’s soothing, but if I bumped the setting up higher it got hot, but didn’t significantly reduce the cramp intensity. What I liked: • Super soft cover, very comfortable for lounging. • Even heat distribution makes it feel like a wrap or hug. • Great for general muscle tension, back/neck soreness, or just relaxing. Where it falls short: • Didn’t significantly ease deep abdominal cramps — more “nice warmth” than targeted therapy. • Without additional features (like vibration or pressure) it stays in the realm of comfort rather than pain-relief. • Might be better described as a “wellness/relaxation” pad than a heavy cramp-relief tool. Bottom line: If your goal is to relax, unwind your muscles, and feel cozy (especially in a long-day scenario), this heating pad does that extremely well. If your goal is to severely alleviate cramps or deep spasms, you may need something with more intensity or specialized features.

So far, So good
I literally got this next day and I appreciate that the back side of this machine has like a little like cloth buffer to help me keep it on because I don't always have clothing thick enough to keep myself from getting too hot or too cold when I am having menstrual cramps. The design seems a little bit better than the sponsored one that I saw that was available. That looks almost exactly like it to the T, but I think the only difference between that one and this one is the fact that it has like a fabric backing on it, that and the price was like significantly cheaper on this one. The color options aren't as wide but I mean really. Am I going to pay like $5 more for color options for a different brand? Yeah no it's not that important. The important part is that I can find it and that it doesn't disappear into the mass of other like heaters that I have so I can differentiate it but I'm sure that I'll just put it back in the box and that'll just cover that just fine. It's pretty lightweight and I'm holding in my hand right now and I'd say it's about the size of my palm. I'm okay with it being that size because it's about the same size of my husband's hand when he's keeping his warm hand over my stomach when I have a terrible tummy ache. Hopefully the heat from this is on par with his hand because that's the only thing keeping my self curling into a ball and taking a big fat nap and that's just not productive enough for me when I have kiddos to watch. So, this is right out of the box. Just getting it directly delivered to me next day, this thing is already heating up pretty fast and the first temperature setting was a moderate warmth that I was pretty okay with. I stepped it up to a level two and I'm hoping that we'll be able to cover me and I don't know how long it'll last considering that it hasn't been charged, but I'm hoping that'll make me feel a little bit better. I did turn on the little massager on first setting... I'm not sure I'm a fan of that but I'll see how it works out. I do know that the massager is making my stomach feel kind of strange and I'm starting to burp for it on the second setting. Idk. Maybe you get a lot of bubbles in your stomach when you're menstruating. I bumped it to three and got a full on burp out of myself and now my stomach doesn't hurt as bad. Is it a plus? I can't say for certain. Extra: Courtesy to the photos, I left those up for anybody who's curious about the specs on this thing because I always like to see that kind of stuff when I'm looking for a product to purchase because the pictures are never going to do it justice. Relaxing, comfortable, useful
This is really amazing and wear it everyday. It makes me a warm. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a cordless heating pad, but this one actually impressed me. I can use it while working, sitting on the chair, sofa, or even moving around the house. It heats up really fast. I like that there are different heat levels and massage modes. The massage isn’t super strong, but it’s enough to feel relaxing, especially when combined with the heat. it’s easy to recharge. It’s also lightweight. Overall, it’s been really useful and I find myself reaching for it almost every day.

Had for 6 months works great and is inexpensive
Have had this heating pad for 6 months so far it hasn’t broken. It’s portable and adjustable to size. It’s type-C charge. It has a heating and vibrating mode. It’s easy to use. Hold down the button for 5 seconds to turn on or off . You click the left button to change the heat level & the right button to change the vibration level. Charges in less than an hour and last up to 4 hrs on highest level. The velvet is soft and safe so that you don’t burn yourself . It’s the best inexpensive portable option I’ve found for myself to help with pain and cramps. I can clean, cook, sleep, run, drive, take care of my child while wearing .

Works surprisingly well! Enough my kids stole mine for herself
Purchased for myself to help with stomach and back pain.y daughter has confiscated it for herself bevause it works wonders on her period cramps. I wish they had these when I was a teenager on my period! Cause yiu can take this anywhere! Not just be stuck somewhere plugged into the wall. And the vibrating modes really helped her too! She was in heaven and not cranky so if shes happy im happy. Even if it was mine and she stole it 🤣 at least I know im buying her own for xmas
