It was a very pleasant surprise since it's been a year since I purchased it, but I greatly appreciate the customer service! Original review: Bought this about a year ago and it worked great initially, when everything was new and solid. We normally use it about once a week, and usually one full tank is enough to do the whole apartment. The first problem I ran into was getting additional replacement pads. I couldn't find any pads sold by the brand itself, at least on Amazon. I bought some for a different brand similar model but the size is different where they actually attach to the steamer so had to return those and get a 3rd party replacement set which don't work well because if you need to lift the steamer even just enough to take pressure off the head, the pads just go flying everywhere. The hook and loop system won't hold them at all and it because less "sticky" very quickly so even the pads that came with the machine started flying off quite early. The other issue is that a few months after purchasing it started squeaking and what looked like small pieces of burned plastic started flying out of where the pads are attached. Seems like the plastic isnt rated for the heat that the steam puts out and started deteriorating. So now it just squeaks all the time as the pads are rotating. Will be buying a shark roller brush steamer to replace this one, the shark rotating pad steamer is actually a bit cheaper than this model right now, I would go with that one if I were to buy a pad steamer again.

The pads don't stay on it so while your mopping it throws the pads across the floor and then the hard plastic procedes to scratch your floors. It's awful very disappointing. If you can get the pads to stay on for any length of time it does do a good job of scrubbing sticky things such as syrup or dried barbecue sauce off of the floor. You also have to be really careful if you get the cord anywhere near the pads it will also suck the cord up in the spinning heads.

This is so easy to maneuver and does a fabulous job in half the time of mopping.

No joke - you need to use distilled water to avoid streaks. Who wants to do that every time you mop the floor? But I’m keeping this for the big deep cleans I want to do occasionally because it does that very well. Update: The seller reached out to me after posting this review and offered a full refund. I did accept the offer and was very pleased that they wanted to make matters better.

It does a pretty good job cleaning but the cloth discs don’t stay on the greatest on one side of mine. I’m constantly having to put it back on.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. I read the other reviews and some were good. Others complained about the pads falling off while cleaning. THEY DO!!! And you have to constantly bend down and put it back on. There were little black rubber parts flying all over when I first bought it. I've used other steamers. This is the WORST!! I threw it away because i waited to long to return it.

I purchased the Pursteam ScrubMaster Steam Mop with Dual Scrubbing Head. I like the unit and it does a descent job on my floors. However, you can not purchase additional pads for this specific unit. The ones recommended with for a different type of steam mop. I reached out the Pursteam directly and they stated "Unfortunately, we do not have replacement pads for our steam mop. Our unit should come with a total of 4 washable pads that you can use for a very long time. We are currently working on the extra pad purchase option to become available in the future. For now, please use all the pads that came with your unit." If I was still within my return window, it would go back.

Easy to assemble and use. But the extra pads that were reccommended to accompany the machine do not fit.

I thought this was great at first, but I used it once and halfway through the second time.The spinning head fell off. I don't have a huge house, so there's no reason why, after a use and a half that it should fall apart already
