This is the best product. I put it in my coffee in the morning and it is delicious. I notice that my focus has improved when I take it.

I was very skeptical about trying products like this because I'm not sure about the ingredients and many are very expensive. However, I tried this one and found it to be absolutely delicious and highly effective. I also think it would be delicious added to coffee.

If you are trying to get your body into ketosis, you should be drinking 2 to 3 packets of this a day. It tastes absolutely delicious when you mix it with 2 cups of full fat organic whipping cream and a 1/4 cup water. So yummy!

I’m trying this because it’s half the price of the one I normally use (which works amazing, tastes great and suppresses hunger- and I only need half a packet for the results I want each day) I’m in my first week on this one and though it tastes good, I am absolutely starving on it with normal cravings. I’m struggle bussing it through my day on this and am not used to this feeling. I’ll likely end up returning it, but I’ll give it some more trial time UPDATE - they do not let you return this product It never worked for me

Giving it 4 stars cause it honestly doesn’t taste that great. I’ve been trying to figure out what to mix it with that l’ll taste good and to what ratio. So far less water and more water don’t work, sugar free syrups, nope. But it does do what it’s meant to. Helps me cleanse and get into ketosis while curbing my appetite for a few hours. It mixes into hot water well. The price is crazy. . .going to try mixing it with coffee next. Maybe even use some sweetener or something.

Specifically ordered this product because I very badly wanted to try it in coffee, and I'm happy to say it was just the perfect thing! The biggest problem with consumable ketones (beta-hydroxybutyrate - BHB) is palatability. Straight up BHB is acid, and very tart, unacceptably so to many people. Ketone esters are a volatile compound and taste exactly how you might think - about like the worst vodka you ever put in your mouth. Ketone salts are typically more palatable, but still, the flavor and ability to mix up in a beverage so you can drink it down is a challenge. This particular flavor (dutch chocolate) is a perfect mixture of all the factors, a great delivery of actual BHB (I drank one packet in my coffee and saw my blood BHB rise to well over 2.0mmol) a great flavor for mixing in coffee (which is perfect, since I want my ketones first thing in the morning before I train,) and very easy to mix - just a packet in the mug, pour some coffee over it, a few seconds with the little hand frother, and I'm good to go. I have no complaints about this product at all, it does exactly what I want and fits perfectly into my morning routine. Highly recommend.

Poor solubility, but seems to work OK if you can find a way to drink it without wasting too much powder that doesn't dissolve properly.
