Discreet and simplistic design
I’ve been so happy with this fanny pack that I ended up buying a second one in black because my gray one tends to show dirt pretty easily. It’s low-profile, discreet, and doesn’t scream “tactical,” which is exactly what I was looking for. My friends think I’m wearing a knock off LuLu bag lol. Despite its compact size, it easily holds my everyday essentials, including a small flashlight, my Ridge Wallet, and my house keys. The rear zippered pocket also fits my iPhone 16 Pro with a case. I’m currently carrying my Hellcat and it works great for my setup. If I chose not to keep my Ridge Wallet in the front pocket, I could fit an extra magazine as well. Overall, it’s comfortable to wear, well made, and strikes a great balance between concealment and everyday practicality. I’d definitely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

Really well designed
Love it so far. Comfortable as fanny pack and sling, carries tight to body and slim, and stiff backer keeps it nice and ridgid. A little bulky with a normal holster and strap adapter, will be looking for one of the modular velcro ones so I can actually use the front pocket. Also, wish the rapid pull tab was smaller without the chunky plastic/rubber. Also wish the strap keeper was a little less slippery, but really minor issue.

Good Option but Eh.
I paired this with my Springfield Hellcat and it fits well with my AlienGear Photon Holster. However I feel the Velcro is on the weaker side and could use some extra support. The bag is comfortable, looks good and doesn’t scream “I’m carrying a concealed weapon”. The Draw Zipper tab is nice but for me personally, I’m a little skeptical of the reliability of being able to draw the zipper across the body effectively, especially when compared to something like 945 Industries. Still this is a good bag and will serve you well as a EDC Bag or Travel Bag. My only suggestion is to maybe swap out the Velcro patch that holds the holster in place. Vertx makes different draw systems for this bag, and there are other companies who make holsters for this style of EDC bags.

Versatile Sling/Fanny Pack with Excellent Organization
The Vertx Everyday Tactical Fanny Pack 2.0 is well built, comfortable to wear, and offers excellent organization without looking overly tactical. The material feels durable, the zippers operate smoothly, and there are plenty of compartments to keep everyday essentials organized. It can be worn around the waist or as a crossbody sling, making it versatile for daily carry, travel, hiking, or range use. The concealed-carry compartment is thoughtfully designed and easy to access while remaining discreet. Overall, it’s a high-quality pack that balances functionality, comfort, and a low-profile appearance.

Boom Stick Carrier of Choice — EDC Game = 🔥
I carry this pack every single day. The Vertx Everyday Tactical Fanny Pack 2.0 isn’t just a bag — it’s my go-to Boom Stick carrier and full EDC platform. Right out of the gate: build quality is rock solid. The 100% nylon feels tough but not bulky — perfect for daily carry without looking like you’re on a mission (even though you kind of are). The CCW-ready design is no joke. Rapid access tab? Snappy, smooth, and intuitive — pulls faster than your coffee on a Monday morning. Everything locks in place securely but stays accessible when you need it. Every compartment has a purpose — no junk space, just smart organization. I use it to carry my Boom Stick daily, along with phone, wallet, pocket tools, and snacks (priorities). It sits comfortably on my hip and doesn’t bounce or shift when I’m on the move — honestly some of the best ergonomics I’ve experienced in a pack this size. If you’re looking for a tactical-ready, everyday wearable pack that performs and looks good doing it, this is a winner. EDC: elevated. 🔥

There is room for improvement
The Fanny pack is as advertised. It is durable, versatile but lacking in space. I suggest a couple improvements. Not everyone wants the long zip tab. I had to cut off the plastic tab to the standard zipper. Also they need to expand another middle Velcro compartment to add to storage. Truly, keys and a wallet are too much for the front zipper pouch. The rear zipper area does not fit my iPhone 17. I consider it more a jogging pouch. I have interchangeable Velcro attachments to convert the CCW area to a storage space. The color of the pouch is great. It looks urban and not tactical.

Perfect gray man bag or small EDC bag.
I have been using this several months now and disagree with the negative reviews on this bag. This bag is sleek and from all external appearances looks more like a fashion style bag than a CCW bag. The main compartment has a loop backing and a strap that you can attach a kydex holster to or, if you really want, wrap a firearm directly with - which you shouldn’t do. The 2.0 has two red loops inside of the main compartment where you can tie the quick access tab to and pull down instead of unzip the main compartment. There is an ample sized front pocket with storage nets that can hold a wallet, keys, small flashlight, and multi tool. There is also a back pocket that sits against the body that can fit two normal sized cell phones. Interior of this pocket is grey colored. The nylon strap is similar quality to other nylon straps that I have on other good quality bags. The buckle is fine as well, it’s lightweight and works. The fabric is nice and feels somewhat coated, likely for the water resistance that they claim it has. I have not tested the water resistance. Overall, this bag is more of a “gray man” style bag. It blends in better cross body than the other bag I tested and returned. For comparison I tested and returned a bandobag. The bandobag had lower quality fabric, zippers that were not smooth, no quick access tab pull down, and overall felt cheaper. The bandobag also looked more tactical and outdoorsy, much less “gray man”. Overall, this bag is good and the value seems about right for what you are getting.

very handy and it blends right in
this is an essential for anyone that wants to carry in summer clothes, or if you're waiting for a custom holster. the strap keeps its shape and is comfortable to wear all day. the zippers are high-quality and the one for the gun compartment is nice and large, distinguishable from the other zippers, allowing for quick access to your firearm. there's also an adjustable velcro holster built in, and it covers the trigger. I've got a p365xl and I can fit it with 2 additional 12-round magazines and still not be obvious. I think that an XMacro could fit with an extra magazine and barely print through the bag. the pockets in the front compartment allow for a wallet, knife, small flashlight, eyedrops, lip balm...and mentos. ;) this is a really good bag and there are a bunch of these out there, so there are near-exact alternatives, but this one is worth starting with.
