Seems to be a good potent vitamin, but bottle is full of powder as there was no cotton inside the bottle causing the capsules to fly around inside the bottle. This also makes the capsules taste bitter as there is powder all over the capsules as well as the bottle.

Happy to have this metabolism support supplement from the trusted Garden of Life brand. I have not had any problems taking this supplement. I am pleased with the product. I feel that it is giving me more energy and alertness to get through the afternoons at work.

My wife and I have been taking theseCAPSIMAX Cayenne Fruit Extract multivitamins for about a month now and really appreciate the benefits it offers. To help maintain healthy blood sugar levels and boost metabolism and gut health with 100mg of Liposomal Berberine Clinically Studied Probiotics to promote digestive health and support a healthy immune system. The refreshing Cinnamon taste & aroma an easy pill size and portion size to consume daily. DOCTOR FORMULATED AND THIRD-PARTY CERTIFIED is a real good selling point for my wife and I it shows that the company puts a lot of effort into testing their vitamins before sending out for sales. The only drawback I would say is the cost for a 30 day supply of almost $30 seems a little pricey for us. That being said we will probably buy again.
