Just boasting and price is also high I was using this from last 10 days breastmilk supply is ok it's not like leap and bounds mentioned in other reviews I couldn't even shed 1 kg weight ao overall it's just heavy price product with bad taste

Good for improving milk supply
The powder is good and surely does increase the milk supply. However not really effective for major weight loss. In total really effective for milk supply, and not for weight loss.

The scoop given in the box is huge, a sane person cannot have tht much in one go, i use one tea spoon in a glass of milk, 2 times a day and it really increase the milk supply

Nust finished one jar of lacta fit .My tiredness has decreased to manifolds ..now I am more energetic and active .. The positive point is unnecessary cravings have stopped and there is no bloating issue . Thank you ..
