Sehr guter Ofen. Beim bestücken mit der Pizza zerkratzt leider das Metall vorne sehr schnell. Lösung wäre den Pizzastein ( Nicht den Drehstein ) etwas zu vergrößern nach vorne etwas zu verlängern. Dazu eine Wärmedämmung und der Ofen wäre nicht nur sehr gut sondern Perfekt.

Updated review. I strongly advise against buying this oven. It is a massively overpriced piece of kit which looks great, but sadly doesn't function as would be expected for something of this expense. In the almost three years since we have had the oven, it has not had anything like the use I had hoped for because it is a poor quality item. Along with the original issue below, the replacement oven then developed 'a known' fault with the ignition over time. Despite it being admitted by Witt's own repair company that it is a known fault, no action was taken to fix it for me despite having gone through numerous rounds of communication with Amazon and the Manufacturer; there is simply no interest from them trying to resolve (due to the time since bought). Although the UK consumer rights act means there should be a means of redress for items that have not performed as expected, it's very challenging in practice to actually seek that redress. My only hope is that individuals thinking of buying this, see this review and pause and look at other more cost effective ovens that actually work as described. ------ Our Witt Oven is currently in for repair as the bottom burner is faulty. It has now been almost a month and the oven has not been returned (and I have had no response to my last two emails). This is very poor, particularly for a product that is a lot more expensive than competitor ovens. There are some clear design and quality issues and so I am requesting Amazon to issue a refund. I note also that at least one other buyer has had the same issue. I also spent £50 on the cover so very unhappy about this. It is a real shame, because it is a fantastic looking piece of kit.

Excellent oven, very easy to use really pleased it with it. We had some issue initially with a faulty one and were passed to an outsourced repair company I have been assured they will no longer being using letmerepair When I contacted with directly any of my complaints were dealt with extremely quickly I feel like the service company really let them down, the service we had experienced from Witt directly was more than satisfactory

I am an unhappy client and I am quite frustrated with my purchase of the Witt Rotante pizza oven. The product was advertised with a weight of 33kg, but when I weighed it at the airport, it came out to 37kg, despite removing packaging material to reduce the weight (the weight was still 35kg). This discrepancy caused significant issues with my airline check-in, forcing me to leave the oven behind at the airport. I relied on the product's specifications for my travel plans, and this inaccurate information has caused me considerable inconvenience and disappointment. I have reached out to Witt’s customer service twice over a month ago but I have not received any response. The misleading weight information and poor customer service have left me extremely frustrated. I advise caution to potential buyers and I hope the company improves its support….when Witt decides to respond to my enquiry and resolves the issue, I will update the post.
