I really wanted to like this punching bag, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations. The material feels very thin and not durable enough for serious practice. After just a few sessions, the seams started to come apart and it no longer holds air properly, even after reinflating it several times.The gloves that come with it are also very basic and uncomfortable — not something you’d want to use for more than a few minutes. The electric pump works, but it’s noisy and takes a while.Overall, this might be okay for very light use or as a gift for a child, but definitely not suitable for adult training or anyone looking for a reliable home gym item. I expected better quality for the price.

I ordered this for my son for Christmas 2024. He attends college so while he was here did his break, he enjoyed it. However, he can’t have it with him as there’s no room in his dorm. Classes have now ended, and he is home. Today, for the first time since January, he was using it. He punched it a few times, and did a practice kick a couple times as he is in aikido. You would think he kicked it with spiked shoes, but he was literally in his socks! He put it up and the next thing we know, it starts collapsing! He went over to find out what is wrong with it, and discovered a small cut like hole around the area he kicked it! I’m past the date I can get a return or refund, so this is very disappointing to only use it a handful of times and now it’s useless. This was my sons only Christmas gift from me!

We use this in our house both for the kids when they need to get some energy out, and also for us adults. It’s pretty sturdy for the price. It is, of course, not as strong as a sandbag one at the gym, but it works very well for a home solution. Usually one of us will hold it on one side, and the other adult will be on the other, if we want to get a good workout. It is easy to inflate and deflate so you can put it away if you need to. We get a pretty good workout and it has held up well. The kids have had a lot of fun with it.

Sturdy. I had to return one. The customer service was great doing that btw. My son bangs the snot out of it (he's a 14 man).
