Love it!
Incredible bars. Its so challenging to find "clean" ingredient treats. I have hyperinsulemia and need to control my insulin which Im doing through keto. I find it challenging to practice keto if I deprive myself too much. I cant handle artificial sweeteners - these are not ideal for keto either. Stevia works really well. This is the only treat that makes me feel energised and well. Its low carb and no added sugar, high protein, fat and fiber. Doesnt break my ketosis. Love love love the texture, taste and ingredients. Excellent bars. Not too sweet, fill you up and great flavours in one box. These are neither dry and crumbly or soft and soggy. Whilst no low calorie, they’re not huge either given the amount of protein and fibre they contain.
