Let me start by saying the picture quality on this enormous Tv is exceptional. It really is amazing. Everyone knows Samsung has been putting out great products forever but they really outdid themselves with this one. The Crystal UHD technology puts this tv right up there with OLED as far as beautiful imagery. I used to think I’d have to spend a minimum of $5,000 to have an awesome tv with a crisp, bright picture full of vibrant colors. Boy, was I wrong! This wonderful tv was practically a steal for what I paid. Very reasonably priced. I was amazed by how a tv this large only weighs 117 pounds. Made the whole process of bringing it upstairs and mounting on my wall much easier than anticipated. The sound quality is excellent, too. To be honest, I barely need my soundbar as this tv gets pretty loud without one. I don’t know if I can properly express how happy I am with my purchase of this wonderful 98 inch Samsung tv. It’s a great deal and if you’re looking to upgrade to a massive tv with the same picture quality of any you’ve had in the past without breaking the bank, go for it! I purchased this TV, and it was severely damaged. The screen had several cracks in it. There was a gash in the back of the TV panel. I called customer service about it, and they said there was nothing they could do because I was days past the return window. Its a beautiful TV. I read through all the reviews when i was picking this TV out. All the reviews talking about damage from shipping had me worried. I took a chance. My only complaint is the shipping wasn't informative. The date got all messed up but it arrived exactly when it was originally scheduled. When the shipping truck showed up, the movers were very careful and did a great job. I stared down the box and it was in perfect condition. The box quality was exactly what i'd expect for such a big and fragile item. In other words, it was well packed. After i got the TV out, I checked the screen and functionality, it was perfect. I've been using it for about a month and all has been perfect. For anybody that might need the info, i'm using this as a computer monitor. I've used TVs for monitors for 20+ years. I've used many different types and sizes. This is the biggest i've used. It's a wonderful size for a monitor. I use this 98in as my primary monitor and a second monitor at 70in (rotated to profile/tall). The setup has been working well. What an absolute hassle trying to get hold of one of these at the $1999 price point. Amazon pricing is all over the map and knee-jerk reactions to put the prices up due to tariffs really caused issues. That said… I am pleasantly reassured Upon arrival that it meets the expectation of a Samsung television. I have 5-6 in the family and the interconnectivity is very nice. The apps are well supported, and the picture quality is as you would expect for the resolution and brand. It is a shame that content streaming is not always up to the high resolution the screen can handle (Even in 2025) however, when you find content that is at the resolution, it is a very nice picture. Is it the highest available the latest technology no; but think about it for a second. 98 inch screen replaces my 110 inch projector and screen set up and now I can watch it during the day without the screen being washed out That is something worth talking about. I am looking forward to connecting to my Philips hue light system, which will allow the light and color from the television to bleed into the area that I’m sat, making the experience more immersive.

My TV that I purchased for my daughter is only seven months old. It was a graduation gift. It’s not working. It turns on and off it just shuts off for no reason it should still be under a warranty. Please help me rectify this problem.
