The machine has been working great. I have lots of hours on it.I also have the Creality Falcon Pro 10W and the laser module failed on it after a few hours.

The quality of the machine and it's perormance are 5 STAR however not so much for their customer service, instructions and parts. I was missing 3 screws and it took almost a week for them to agree to send them to me. They say that they have 24/7 support however that is not true. All contact is via email and the quickest response is 1 day. Also the screws are shipped from China so that will take 2 weeks or more not very good if you need to have the machine. Still waiting for the screws but no problem, I purchased them at Lowes for $3. My advice is if parts are missing just return it to Amazon and request a replacement much quicker thanwaiting for suppor to reply and send the missing parts. If this is the first laser that you have assembled you my encounter some problems. They retooled some parts and did not include revised instructions. Also the parts bags were not properly labeled. That said the dual 24/40W laser is a nice feature. Cutting and engraving times are significantly reduced, some times I am able to cut production times by 30% or more. Othet good features are the auto-focus, cross-hair position indicator, fairly quiet operation, the Y axis cable cover and the included air compressor. It is a very good buy for novice users.

Bought to use with my Atomstack R5, and works great. Assembly was straight forward. Works just as good as my Falcon does. Power is comparable to my other 10w. Cut quality is great, speed and accuracy match that if my Falcon.

DO NOT BUY IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK. IT ONLY WORKED 3 TIMES AND ATOMSTACK REFUSED TO HELPBEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I had a laser engrave a long time ago and that thing was a disaster. This one was 1/4 of the price and I hit the ground running burning designs and cutting materials. Super easy to use and a lot of content from AtomStack to use. I actually use a craftcutter’s software to manipulate my designs then transfer them to the AtomStack software for the laser. The system is a great price for the excellent quality. Easy to set up, works very well and accurately overlays projects. I highly recommend!PS I did purchase a PVC case to enclose this for ventilation.

Hola, me disculpo por mi comparacion pero puedo definir con seguridad que es una maquina con las mismas caracteristicas de una maquina de 10 W de la marca Ortur. Pues al intentar cortar una madera de triple de 4mm no es capaz de cortarla de una sola pasada con estos valores de Velocidad 10% y potencia 100 % Debo hacer hasta tres veces para cortar algo que deberia cortar inmediato. Pues esa maquina promete cortar hasta 2 cm de espesor. Y pues viendo esta cantidad de 20 W parece que no representa del todo su potencia al momento en el que la estoy usando. Estoy algo preocupado.

Llegó bien y con todas sus piezas, es una máquina muy buena 🙌🏼
