I LOVE THIS! it is the perfect weight, i love the size. It’s flat, but has enough fill so there’s no empty spots. My face is medium, oval and it reaches the edges of my temples. And from my hairline to the tip of my nose. I love the silk cover against my skin. I also love that it is not scented. I love the scent of lavender, but I don’t want it every time I use it, necessarily. They should sell it with a spare silk cover. But check out Earthlight silk eye pillow case. It’s a perfect fit as a spare.

*WASHABLE cover I always used these cold, but recently developed dry eyes and found these are GREAT for dry eye relief. The cold feels nice, but the warmth actually relieves symptoms longer. Microwave for NO MORE than 35 seconds in 1200w or the seeds will begin to cook, pop, smell!
