The fruit punch flavor is actually delicious, which makes it easy and even enjoyable to take every day. It mixes well with water and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste. For me, that’s a huge plus because consistency is so much easier when you genuinely like the flavor. I’ve tried several weight management supplements before, but this one really surprised me in the best way. What immediately stood out to me is that it’s non-stimulant, so I don’t get that shaky or anxious feeling that I usually experience with similar products. It feels much gentler on my body, which is something I truly appreciate as part of my daily routine. Great taste great ingredients and it does what it says. I see some tightness and weight loss when I use this. And it gives me the extra energy before the gym. No stomach upset and truly so easy to use. I just put it in my water before the gym and off I go. Great addition to my health lifestyle.

This is the second time I've bought the BPI Sports CLA + Carnitine, and its a good product that does the job. I gotta say, I personally feel the snow cone is the better flavor though, as the fruit punch is not great. Its not as bad if you heavily dilute it with more water, but if you use less water? The concentrated fruit punch flavor is bad, and has a really poor after taste. I deduct one full star for the mediocre fruit punch flavor and the fact this doesn't dissolve super well in water. It has a tendency to clump up a little bit, which leaves some sediment at the bottom.

This a a fruit flavored drink with a slight lemonade taste so its not over sweet . It mixes well in cold or room temperature water. I started by using it for a pre and during work beverage and now also enjoy it late afternoon for a boost of energy that cancels sugar cravings. I was so pleased I am ordering this jar as a refill.

I mean it does what it’s supposed to do but as far as the taste and how well it mixes with water it’s not the best, due to not mixing well it’s chalky with every sip, and the fruit punch flavor tastes like medicine, but does what it’s supposed to do!
