CCC logo is clearly present! Second from the right lower corner.
Ok, I’ll start off by saying that I just got this recently, so this review cannot speak towards the longevity of the charger or how it holds up over time. But from what I’ve gathered so far about this product its exactly what I need. First off the unit I received has the CCC logo on the back, meaning you can safely take this to China and travel domestically by air or by high speed rail without worrying about it being confiscated. At least thats what the rules state now, I haven’t tried this out yet. Second, a lot of folks say this unit is heavy, but I I dont think the weight is that big an issue, its no heavier than other 20,000 mAh power banks I’ve had in the past, it is more compact though so maybe thats why folks aren’t used to it. Third, the unit charges up relatively quickly provided you use a high wattage power brick plugged into the wall so rest assured that it wont take days upon days to fully charge up, a few hours should do it. Forth, the built in cables, this is where I’d deduct 1/2 a star if I could, the built in cables do the job, but the way they’re designed, where in one cable hooks into the other and hook mechanism slides downwards is kind of awkward to get used to, a retractable cable or one thats embedded to the sides of the unit would’ve been much better, but nonetheless the included cables work and do the job. Fifth, aesthetics, the unit looks good and is typical for a power bank, just s square brick type of charger with an LCD panel on the front corner to tell you the battery percentage, I dont expect power banks to be designer items so this fits my needs perfectly. I guess one small complaint aside from the cables is that it would’ve been nice if this came with a carrying pouch or even better a case, but few power banks offer that nowadays anyways. So overall great little unit if you’re looking for something with the CCC logo on it. Lastly, please note I bought this unit with my own funds, so this isnt an Amazon vine review so please take this as my opinion based on my own short duration with the unit, your opinions and mileage may vary. Thanks folks!

The perfect daily companion—fast, compact, and super convenient!
I am thoroughly impressed with this Baseus power bank. For its compact size, it packs a serious punch. What I Love: True Fast Charging: The 45W output is a game-changer. It easily fast-charges my phone and can even give my laptop a solid top-up when I'm away from an outlet. Built-in Cable: The integrated USB-C cable (visible in 1000124552.jpg) is incredibly convenient. I love that I don't have to worry about packing an extra cord when I walk out the door. Clear Digital Display: The LED screen clearly shows the remaining battery life, so there's never any guessing about how much power is left. Great Form Factor: It fits comfortably in one hand and slips easily into a pocket or backpack without feeling heavy or bulky.

The ULTIMATE power bank for travel. Great value
This has quickly become the most trusted item in my travel bag. This charger claims to be able to charge up to 4 devices at once, and sure enough, it actually does. A common scenario for me is quickly topping up my tech at the end of a business day. With this power bank, I can charge any combination of my smartwatch, earbuds, phone, headphones, tablet, and video camera, and 4 of them can charge up no problem with no noticable heat. And for a 20000mAh power bank, it's surprisingly compact. With a 45W output, this can easily charge all your low-powered devices at the same time. Perfect for those on the go, especially because it comes with two built-in USB-C cables. Most power banks on the market only come with one or no cables. TRUST me, two built-in cables is so convenient and better than trying to wrap a cable around a power bank that you will inevitably forget at some point. It claims to have a 30W input, which I also confirmed. Impressively fast for a power bank at this price point. The built-in screen is also really handy. I like this so much more than my older power bank that only has 4 lights to show a rough power level. Also, something that many people haven't realized yet is that their power banks can be confiscated if they travel to China without a newer "CCC Certified" charger, no matter how well it still performs. For that purpose, I would easily recommend the Baseus power bank.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Compact, Convenient, and Fast Charging – A Great Power Bank for Everyday Use
I am very happy with my Baseus power bank. It is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry wherever I go. It fits comfortably in my bag and doesn’t take up much space, making it perfect for travel, work, or everyday use. One of the things I like most is how convenient it is to use. Charging the power bank itself is fast, so I don’t have to wait long before it’s ready to go again. It also charges my devices quickly and reliably, whether it’s my phone, tablet, or other electronics. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the battery capacity is more than enough to keep my devices powered throughout the day. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have backup power whenever I need it. Overall, this is a great value for the money. If you’re looking for a portable, reliable, and fast-charging power bank, I highly recommend the Baseus power bank. It has become an essential item that I carry with me every day.

Excellent customer service!
I really like the idea of combining a powerbank with a build in retractable cable. It’s just so convenient to bring the powerbank without having to think about the cable. What even better is the cable is retractable and offer decent length (2-3ft), so the cable never dangle around. 67W with 20000mAh output is sufficient enough even for some low power laptop. This was suppose to be my ideal travel powerbank. However it has ONE MAJOR FLAW. That is it overheat easily when pushing out max wattage. I use it with my laptop with intake 60W USBC power, and it stop working after 20-30 minutes. It still have 50% power left but it won't charge. I use my hand to feel the powerbank, and both the cable and the block is feels very hot. I did not use this in an outdoor environment, but in a room with full AC blasting. This is a huge issue since it can be fire hazard. I have other 100W powerbank that's bigger in size but they will never heat up like this one. I think the compact size of this pb is making cooling this thing hard. I really had hope this is my idea powerbank for travel, but unfortunately it's not. I would only recommend this to people who just use it to charge low power devices for short period of time. UPDATE: 8/5/25 Baseus reach out regarding the problem and offers to send a replacement unit. The new unit arrived quickly. I try it with same laptop, it still gets hot but not as bad as the previous one. It was able to charge my laptop to 100%. I wouldn’t leave it connected as it might get too hot. Overall excellent customer support, hopefully in the future they can have one with better heat dissipation.

Proper Testing Shows Solid Performance
JagMan’s FNB58 readings of this Baseus 20,000mAh charger may be accurate, but the conclusion that the Baseus power bank is “nowhere near 20,000mAh” is likely based on comparing two different measurements. He interpreted it wrong. The advertised 20,000mAh rating refers to the power bank’s internal battery cells at approximately 3.7V, while the FNB58 measures the mAh delivered through the USB output at approximately 5V or higher. Because the output voltage is higher, the measured output mAh will naturally be lower even when the power bank is performing normally. For this reason, watt-hours (Wh), not mAh alone, are the proper measurement for comparing a power bank’s actual usable energy with its advertised capacity. I did my own testing on this same Baseus model using a more controlled setup: a constant-current electronic load set to 3.1A. The power bank ran for 4 hours and 10 minutes and delivered 62.47Wh, with the tester recording 12,932mAh at the USB output. The advertised 20,000mAh capacity is equivalent to approximately 74Wh at the internal battery voltage. My measured 62.47Wh output represents about 84% of the rated internal energy, which is a reasonable result after accounting for normal voltage-conversion losses, internal electronics, and the power bank’s low-voltage protection. JagMan’s result of approximately 10,000–10,900mAh does not automatically prove that the power bank lost nearly half of its capacity. Without knowing the Wh reading and the average output voltage, the mAh figure alone is incomplete. Depending on the voltage used during charging, his measured mAh could potentially represent an amount of energy much closer to the expected usable capacity than it appears. The FNB58 can measure Wh, so that number would be much more useful for determining whether the units were actually underperforming. His testing method also used several different phones rather than a constant electronic load. Phones continuously change their charging current depending on their battery percentage, temperature, charging protocol, screen activity, and battery-management system. That makes charging multiple phones useful for testing real-world performance, but it is not as consistent or repeatable as discharging the power bank at a fixed current. A controlled constant-current test provides a clearer measurement of the total energy the power bank can deliver. The complaint about two phones charging more slowly is also separate from the capacity issue. The 45W rating is the power bank’s maximum supported output, not necessarily 45W available to every connected device at the same time. When two phones are connected, they share the power bank’s total available output, and the charging speed can also depend on the devices’ charging protocols. Therefore, receiving less than 22.5W per phone does not by itself show that the power bank is defective. Overall, JagMan may have correctly recorded the USB-output mAh, but the review appears to interpret that number incorrectly by directly comparing it with the advertised 20,000mAh internal-cell rating. My controlled test measured 62.47Wh of usable output, which is approximately 84% of the power bank’s nominal 74Wh internal energy and indicates that the Baseus E00311 is performing within a normal range. The key missing information from JagMan’s test is the Wh measurement; without it, the claim that the advertised capacity is “way off” is not adequately supported. In conclusion, this power bank does output the nominal amount of power and evergy as expected. I bought one and have no regrets so far.

Reliable, Fast, and Really Convenient for Everyday Use
This power bank didn't disappoint! I've used Baseus power banks before and their other products and they are a trustworthy brand for me that keeps improving. The first thing I noticed is how solid and premium it feels. It has some weight to it, but for a 20,000mAh charger, that does not really surprise me. I would rather have something that feels sturdy and reliable than something light and cheaply made. The built-in USB-C cables are easily my favorite. Not having to search for an extra cable makes this power bank so much more convenient, especially when I’m traveling or out for a long day. Just put it in my pocket or a small bag and I don't have to worry about forgetting a cable :) The battery percentage display is also a big plus because I can see exactly how much power is left instead of guessing from a few blinking lights. Charging speed has also been very impressive. 45W is plenty fast for my phone and tablet. Paired with the large capacity of 20000mah, it can last a day and even more. The only small downside is that it is a bit heavy if you plan to carry it in a purse or small bag all day, and the shorter built-in cable can feel slightly awkward while using the phone. Still, those are minor trade-offs for the capacity, speed, and convenience it offers. Overall, this is a well-built power bank that is perfect for travel, daily use, or anyone who has multiple devices to keep charged. It is compact for the power it provides, charges fast, and makes life easier by keeping the cables built in. I highly recommend it!

Easy to Hold with Clearly Visible CCC logo
During my recent trip to China, Airport Security confiscated my 20,000mAh charger laughing "It is made in China, but no CCC logo". Since then I was looking for chargers with CCC logo. I came across this power bank with CCC logo clearly visible! Other power banks say they are CCC certified, but you need a microscope to see it. It holds charge and can charge my Fold 7 multiple times. Considering Fold 7 has 4,400mAh battery, based on the number of charging I could do, it has good power. It does not have wireless charging, but supports super fast charging. It comes with 2 built in USB-C Cables which doubles as carry on loops. So, you can conveniently charge as well as use to hold it. While traveling if you forgot extra cables, you are covered with these built in cables. It is not cheap, but for the price, you are getting 20,000mAh power, super fast charging and 2 built USB-C cables. You can charge/connect 3 USB-C devices simultaneously. Also included is a USB-A port where in you can charge Micro USB or lightning devices - that is it charges almost all USB powered devices. I wish it had the option to tuck in the cables to the body - that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. It is not slim, but it is easy to hold. It is just 1" thick with smooth edges and you can hold it easily. It is not that heavy, it is just 360gm including the 2 built in USB-C cables. It is a keeper.

Love it!! Compact, Fast and Durable !!
The best slim, fastest charger for iPhone 17 and later. Since the iPhone 17 supports 40W charging, this charger delivers on its promise. So, in general, if your device supports 40W, you will make the best of it. ++ It is lightweight and portable. +++ I like the screen showing the actual watts it delivers to the device in real time. If the charging power is reduced, it may mean the device's battery temperature is high (possibly due to the device cover) or that it is near the end of the charging cycle, so it slows down. I like the protection and adaptability. +++ Definitely, the embedded USB-C cable is a plus.
