Goodbye to the heaviness after eating!
I have been looking for a complete supplement and this one has surprised me. What I notice the most is that after meals I no longer feel so swollen. The combination of the 18 enzymes really helps to process food better. It is very easy to take and has not caused me any stomach discomfort. Highly recommended if you have slow digestions!

These were NOT effective
I have been taking probiotics for over a year now and the primary benefits I have noticed are regular bowel movements and decrease in bloating/gas. After taking the Dr. Vitamin Solutions probiotics for two weeks, I am not experiencing these benefits. I have been experiencing some occasional bloating and gas, but most importantly I am not having regular bowel movements.

Mild probiotic and digestive aid for IBS-C, a long with a high fiber diet and exercise.
Not effective for combatting stomach bugs/diarrhea/antibiotics but works most of the time for regular daily use

Good option for daily use
I’ve been taking this probiotics and enzymes supplement for about 15 days, and so far it seems like a good option. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong taste. I like that it combines both in one product. I’ve been using it daily and it feels light on the stomach. Overall, my experience has been positive.
