Great mandoline
Great product! Love mine and can remove the blade to sharpen if needed, unlike other mandolines.

Good, but not for everything
The mandoline offers the advantages of both efficient performance and a straightforward design. However, its ease of use is somewhat compromised by the thickness adjustment mechanism, which relies on two screws without a guiding system, thus requiring manual leveling. Consequently, a star has been deducted due to the maximum thickness limitation of 5mm, which is suitable for cucumber salad preparation but unsuitable for producing french fries.

Great product, this is exactly what I needed. A razor sharp Japanese mandolin. Just be careful and watch your fingers! It cuts through things with barely any pressure
