Multiple issues as delivered
As delivered, both the front and rear brakes were misadjusted and dragged on the wheels constantly without the brake levers even being touched. Slack in the chain caused it to drag along the bottom of the chain guard, making a metallic scraping noise. Neither of the tires would hold air pressure for any length of time. The rear tire had to be pumped up within an hour, the front tire lasted about three hours. Plus...

Arrived with flat tire
Arrived with a leak in the back tire. This was a big disappointment for my daughter not being able to ride the bike I just bought for her as a big surprise. At this price point I expect better quality control and to not have to take the bike in to the repair shop before we can use it.
