I have been using this product for about 5 months now. I would say it has help a lot with my hair, skin, and nails for sure. It has also helped with the stiffness in my hands. I no longer wake up with pain in my fingers. There is no taste and mixes very well. I would say this is the best collagen I have tried! It is also get for your gut health!

This stuff is amazing! I am going on my third purchase and I’m very pleased with results. I noticed my hair feels much softer and does look a bit more full. My skin has cleared up a bit. I usually add a scoop of this powder to my coffee in the morning. The only downside is that I have used the bathroom a bit more with this product. And you cannot have this with cold drinks you need to dissolve this in a warm drink, such as coffee or a tea. I have tried this in an iced coffee and the taste throws you off. It was also a bit clumpy. It has a natural yellow look to it. So I prefer to dissolve this product with warm liquids.

This Collagen +Colostrum combo has been a game changer for me. As someone who hates the taste of any sort of protein powder or supplement usually, I have fell in love with the fact that this is tasteless and can be added to smoothies, coffee, water and more.
