I am very impressed with this handheld. It is well made and runs great. The android system makes this just like using an android phone, it even has the app store installed on it. Start up is super simple. You can log into your Gmail account and connect to wifi. There is lots of per-installed emulators. Some of them I did have to look up to see what system they emulated. There is no games on this device just the emulator systems. While for some people that might be a negative I am pretty happy about that. I have gotten other handhelds with pre installed games and while there is a huge selection that way a lot of them I would never play and they tend to double the games which takes up room to add new games. Adding games to this device is super easy, even someone with simple computer skills could do it with ease. There is lots of videos about how to add games to handhelds. The internal storage on this device is awesome, 256gb and there is an SD slot to had a card for more room. The only draw back is having to wait for larger game files to download(smaller rom files are super quick) so if you have a SD card you could always pre load games onto it while waiting for the device to arrive and move the files directly to the device which is easy also. The cooling fan can be set to auto or on. Its pre set to auto. It's not very loud even when it's running harder, which isn't very often usually when uncompressing larger files. The screen is pretty large, easy to see and has really good graphics. I am able to play GC games on it and it runs fantastic. No lag or slow loading. I have tried wii, but haven't figured out the gyroscope yet. I am very happy with this handheld device definitely worth the money to be able to play the games I want.

This is hands down one of the coolest handheld gaming consoles I’ve bought in a long time. If you’re into retro gaming, this thing is seriously impressive. Yes, you’ll want to download some emulators online to really unlock everything it can do, but the process is actually very easy and there are plenty of free options out there. Once everything is set up, the experience is awesome. The screen quality is incredible and the display size makes games look great without feeling cramped like some other handheld systems. The controls are very responsive and easy to use, which makes gameplay smooth across different systems. Battery life is also surprisingly strong, so you can play for hours without constantly needing to recharge. One thing that really blew me away is that I can even play PlayStation 2 games on this device and the rendering is honestly incredible. I didn’t expect that level of performance from a handheld console, but it handles it really well. I’ve owned a lot of handheld systems over the years, and while the original PSP still has a legendary place in gaming history, this device honestly comes pretty close for modern retro gaming. It’s powerful, fun, and packed with value. If you enjoy retro games and want a portable system that can handle a huge library of games, this is an amazing little console and I would absolutely recommend it.

Awesome Product! I used a 1 terrabyte micro sd card, and all works well, once you install the proper software. It comes with firmware 1.26, all games run amazing. PS2, N64, Sega, Mame, etc. Switch emulator is still new, so not all software works, but they are gettign there. Love it..

Day 1 is frustrating with this handheld. So many things to figure out and problems to work through. Once you have everything set up it's an awesome handheld. Particularly fun because you can upscale games and apply shaders and crt filters to make the games look better than the original. Anbernic AI will translate Chinese to English onscreen while gaming if you can figure out how to set it up. Every emulator is preloaded but nothing is explained. The emulators all have onscreen buttons enabled by default which is a pain to figure out how to disable. Keep in mind this is essentially an android tablet so you can also download games from the play store. I have been using this everyday for about 2-4 hours, battery life is acceptable. This device is made for small hands and will get uncomfortable depending on how you hold it. I used the foam cutout in the box to make a modified grip case so that my hands have more to hold on to. Awesome to have the horsepower of the dimensity 8300. It can handle all the upscaling and shaders that you could ever want but this is designed for tinkers that aren't afraid to figure stuff out on your own. Good luck!

This handheld emulator is terrific. Came with a micro SD card preloaded with several games. The console has a fair bit of power to it, able to play some (but not all) Nintendo Gamecube & PS2 titles without losing frame rate. Ideal for NES through PS1 era of gaming. System came loaded with several emulators, each for a specific console. It fits comfortably in my hands. Buttons & analog sticks have a good feel. Fantastic battery life. Internet connectivity let's you download games directly. Being an Android OS, there is some level of customization available in changing backgrounds, lock screens. This handheld emulator requires some tech knowledge (being able to navigate storage & select the directory of the games, unzipping games [although some games can still play while zipped], and trustworthy sites to find the games). Once I set up mine, it has worked perfectly.

Es un excelente sistema para emular una gran cantidad de juegos viejos, tiene alcance hasta para ps2. No funciona para emular juegos nsw de alta exigencia. Para juegos más exigentes se puede usar la interfaz 5G y una PC con sunshine y moonlight.

La anbernic rg556 es una muy buena consola portatil que incluye al rededor de 27 emuladores literalmente incluye juegos de diferentes epocas asi que tendra mucha bariedad de juegos incluye tambien una memoria externa de 128gb para almacenar juegos o igual se pueden almacenar en la memoria interna todo se puede configurar para que tengas una mejor experiencia de juego como los emuladores para que se eliminen los botones de la pantalla que la imagen tenga una mejor resolucion etc.en conclusion es una muy buena consola portatil dura alrededor de unas 7 oras de juego continuo cargada al 100
