I bought this for indirect grilling on my Weber Q1200. It is a good size and the "legs" fit perfectly within grooves of the grill, so there is no wobble and it remains flat. My USPS person decided it was smart to cram this into my mailbox and bent the first one real bad. Amazon and the seller rectified this with another one. I've already used this once and it worked exactly as I needed. I made some ricotta and spinach stuffed chicken breasts that I also added bacon and cheese to the top afterwards. Normally, this would be a mess on the grill, but lay down a sheet or two of aluminum foil to act as a heat shield. Place this broiler rack on top of that, then use a foil cake pan or similar to cook the chicken in. Leave uncovered. I cooked at medium heat for ~30 min until chicken was at least 160-165F. Good stuff. Thanks again for a good product.

good solid product. works as expected. easy to clean. metal not stainless only drawback. very good value. sits in a throw away broiler pan just fine. Gets turkey off the bottom of pan. Makes turkey crisp not soggy. I used this thursday for thanksgiving. Only caveat, I had to put some cut veggies next to the turkey or it would tip over. This model is flat but works great.

Exactly what I needed

I have spent years (with a lot of time off) looking for the perfect broiling rack. Details are important. The wires on "Harold" go in only one direction (easier to clean), It's chrome plated. That's very durable under normal handling (as opposed to non stick), and stuff doesn't really stick to it too bad. The little feet standoffs are rounded, so it helps keep the rack from welding itself in chicken schmaltz to the pan. The "feature" that it can be set at different heights in baloney. There might be 1/4" difference. I guess maybe if you're right up to the flame, but I think I use it at 6 - 8 inches away. It looks too big for a toaster oven, but I don't have one, so can't really guess.

I needed a rack that would fit my Foodi Flip and this turned out to be a great answer. I was surprised that the wire was pretty thick. it also has a couple loops that are the risers, but as you can see it perfectly fits in the tray that comes with the Ninja. I cooked those thighs on high heat and the wire didn't sag or have any problems. The main rack that comes with the foodi is a fine wire mesh and so for the chicken thighs in the pic would have been a nightmare to clean. When I cleaned the rack it want any worse than any other rack.

Fits perfectly in the roasting pans! Well-made. Love the double depth option. It’s like 3/8” off the bottom of the pan, or 1/2”. It is a bigger difference than you would think. But I love the option! One gives you barely off the bottom. The other seems so much higher. Options are good! I bought 2 roasting pans on Amazon. Then bought 2 of these racks. I’m set for life! lol Threw out the “new” roasting pan and rack that my Mom gave me so long ago, yes that was 40 years ago! The new stuff is awesome!! ;)

They should not have taped the label on the center of the rack, it was hard to clean, but 3 or 4 scrubbings with oil finally took the tape glue off - seller - please note and stop taping it or use something like painters tape. The rack seems very nice, tucks perfectly into a 9x13 pan and can either leave a small or a large space below it depending on which way you flip it.

I use this for a rather unconventional use. When we started making Roti's at our current house, the glasstop electric stove proved to be an issue. We were never able to get the roti's to poof the way they do over a gas flame. After some research online, I was able to find out that using a grate like this directly over the glasstop electric stove would give us the result we were looking for. Me and my husband tried it as soon as it arrived, and the results were wonderful! For the first time in weeks my roti's poofed perfectly! When we make roti's we set up one flat saute pan on one side to do the initial cooking, and then once the roti has cooked a little we move it to this rack on another burner which is being used on the shorter side to keep it close to the heat, and it finished cooking beautifully! My husband has been pretty critical of my roti's, and since using this, he hasn't had one negative thing to say! It solved all of our problems and I am no longer dreaming of a gas stove. =)

bought to use in the Ninja xl grill, could do with being just slightly bigger and have bigger feet. but does the job

Having used it twice a month for a year, seems pretty good. I havent gotten any rusting issues. I try to clean this right away with a non-abrasive brush and not let it sit so maybe that is what helps with the longevity of it. All in all, it works great!

I bought this to allow for better airflow around roasts and other baked cuts of meat. It works great for that! It hasn't been too tough to clean either, and has held up well to heavy scrubbing to remove burned bits from it. Considering the price, I think this is a great buy.
