Great three axis rotating with speed control - recommended
Updated review after support from the seller - The seller was very helpful to provide support. It looks like previous unit i received was badly damaged during shipping by Amazon. Exchanged unit is working fine with very good packaging. Throwing range is little less than what is specified in the specification. Throwing angle reduces as you go over 15/20 minutes in the battery. I guess this might be battery issue. I have not tried this long plugged in. Overall, this is very unit at this price point with three axis automatic rotation - very helpful to practice alone.

Working with "D" battries is ok but the 300 watt charger is much better.
I have used this ball thrower every day for three weeks and it works great. I have added a 6" bungee cord around the ball intake to keep the balls from entering the ball thrower until I am ready to play. The instructions say to let the thrower get to speed before allowing the balls to enter the thrower. Also I bought a Balibatt 300 watt power station for $100 to run the ball thrower. Batteries would only last around three hours and cost $20. I also bought a case of Penn tennis balls to use as the bounce is more consistent than using old balls since you always play with new balls. I have a Wilson ball retriever basket with wheels. I am a 3.5 player and am learning how to play left handed as I hurt my right wrist.

So far so good, will update later onโฆ
I used to have a Wilson ball machine that was like $1,500. I bought it many years ago, it came with a remote, and it worked great, with three caveats. 1) took up a big footprint in my garage for storage. 2)ran off a 12 volt battery, and once that battery died, I had to plug into 120 volt power when available, and here in Vegas itโs all outdoor courts, so I had to always bring extension cords and hope their was power to plug into. 3)it was heavy, and obviously expensive, and when it stopped working, it was impossible to find a place to have it looked at/battery replaced. I wasnโt going to spend that kind of money again, so I started looking at cheaper alternatives, and after looking at a ton of options on Amazon mostly, I liked the mostly positive reviews on this model, so I decided to try it. Brought it out to the court today, and tried it out. It was easy to set up, and it worked. Now, donโt set it up at the baseline, set it up at the center top of the service boxes for best placement, and then adjust your low/high settings. It works! Also, any slightest dirt or debris on the balls or inside the machine and the balls will get jammed, so keep it clean. The only minor grip is the carry bag it comes with is super cheaply made. Mine tore a hole in the corner right away, and the zipper came off its track. I tossed it in the trash for a better duffle bag I already had at the house. Also, you might want to invest in some rechargeable D batteries, 6 to be exact, as I did, itโs worth it! All in all I think this is worth the money,(so far) and it does what itโs supposed to do. My son, my wife and I all got a great workout for at least 1 hour off of batteries that didnโt die btw, with this thing, and I think we had it loaded with a total of 36 tennis balls. I bought extra tracks for it on Amazon. Give it a try, youโll like it if youโre a beginner, to intermediate like myself.

Not worth the money
Awful product. First one rotors never worked and had to have the product replaced. Second one went through one round of balls and the rotor stopped working again. Not worth it in the slightest.

You get what you paid for.
Bought this item, it didn't work. Set it up for return and bought another one. That one arrived and it wasn't working. Sent them both back and reached out to the company. They sent a replacement and it worked for a month. They sent another replacement and that worked for less than a month and they said they're not sending another replacement. When it worked it was great but it doesn't work for long. Just buy the expensive launchers on the market.

Awesome tennis ball machine
This machine is well-build. I got this in Jan and have used it for 2-3 times as it's cold outside. It launched tennis balls at varying distances and angles, feeding through an entire set seamlessly. I am not big fan of running on batteries therefore I bought a portable Power Station 500watts. Customer service is excellent as they are prompt in responding. A couple of my ball-feed tracks were compressed but the customer service replaced them free of cost. Although you can disassemble them after practice i prefer to keep them assemble so don't waste much time next time (just remove it from the main unit). Machine throws balls in different directions, and good for both practice shorts and work out. It is portable, and everything fits into a the duffle bag that come with it. I will likely try it more in next couple of months and may give the update how it worked during summer.

Improve the ball feeding motor can make it much better
I like the design, which can move vertically and horizontally. I don't mind the inconsistency; it can make me run more for exercise. The problem is the ball feeding motor hiding inside the chasse. The first one last two weeks, the replacement last only two days. I practice one or two times a day, each time is about one and half hours. I am suggesting the company can beef up this part, it can have much better sales.

Good product
The product is good for a beginner and intermediate. The cons is the number of ball it can hold. Make sure to stop the machine only when there is no more ball on the trail. I recommend it. My advice if you want to buy it, add more trails to have more than 36 ball at once. Also, think about a bucket to collect ball afterward.
