What a treat to have a frozen dessert without sugar from fresh fruit. Easy setup and use; results in minutes. I noticed some of the negative reviews are due to improper use. Fruit cannot be used directly from freezer. (I tried that first.) Per instructions, fruit needs to be thawed just a bit. From freezer: Bananas 10-15 minutes; berries 5-10 minutes. Looks like a very durable product.

I love being able to do my own sorbet! It’s not really an ice cream maker, more a frozen fruit shredder. You really need to leave your frozen fruits thaw a good 15 minutes before you put them in. I find it easy to clean. I just put the parts in the dishwasher. You can also easily clean it with warm water, soap and a soft plastic brush. Just be careful with the metal parts.

Le cylindre est trop petit. Il faut forcer pour pousser le produit congelé. Lorsqu'il fait chaud ça bloque. Il faut tout mettre en purée et décongelé dans des bac à glaçons.

Not exactly ice cream but great frozen treat. No sugar added just naturally occurring in fruit. Was confusing at first but didn't take ling to figure it out.
