Great backpack if its not too heavy.
I was quite sad that I had to return this, overall it is an amazing backpack.I got this knowing I would have to carry a lot of items, including heavy boots, first aid kit, and a tent and unfortunately, the straps cannot handle the weight. Every time I would put it on my back I would have to adjust the straps, just for them to extend completely when I would pick it up off the ground. This is just a minor nuisance for most, but when you have to do this every single time on a journey where you know you will put your bag on the ground on multiple occasions is incredibly irritating and it just wasn't working for me.If it weren't for the straps I would recommend this to everyone. The bag has multiple pockets and sections that are easy to get to and the clasps are in good positions so it all stays secure. The biggest compartment in the middle has 2 drawstrings to make sure it is closed off completely.Underneath the big compartment is a smaller one I used for my boots, it is completely separate from the big compartment so even if you put dirty boots in there everything in your main compartment will stay clean. The top also has 2 compartments, one with a zipper on the inside which you can't reach once you closed the bag completely (which is actually quite large), and one on the outside with a zipper on the back where you can store items you will need to get out regularly. And of course, the 2 side compartments which can hold a lot of items, I managed to get a mosquito net, sunscreen as well as bug spray into a single one.Again if it weren't for the straps I would really recommend this, sadly they were a big dealbreaker for me. Just something you should keep in mind if you consider buying this.

Could have been a really good bag!
This is a really well-designed bag; honestly, it does everything you could want from a large hiking bag and is not badly priced. What lets it down is the lack of testing; if you carry a lot of weight in the bag over a few days then the straps on the rear of the bag begin to shrivel very slightly. What this ends up doing is causing the once ridged structure to slightly sway side to side and not stay fully against your back; this, in turn, causes squeaking and discomfort. I have attached a picture of the straps that start to shrivel if you attach the highlighted back strap to them. As the straps shrivel, you end up having to move the height further and further down in order to use new straps until it's too low to use the bag anymore.

Superb!
Superb for the price, I got this 65L backpack when it was £35 which is an absolute bargain. You can't really get this size and quality backpack for this price anywhere. The 65L is an ultimate size for my daughter's DoE bronze expedition, it was recommended to have 60-65L backpack and indeed, everything she needs to take seems to be fitting inside. There are so many different pockets on the inside and the outside that we are still discovering new ones but what's important the sleeping bag compartment on the bottom has a zip that can be open connecting it with the main storage area. As my daughter's sleeping bag (3/4 season) turned out to be too big to fit in the sleeping back compartment, we opened the zip and placed on the bottom of the backpack. We will probably need to upgrade her sleeping bag at some point as it is bigger than the sleeping mat and tent combined. Nevertheless... the backpack has enough space for everything needed for the 2-day expedition. The backpack has plenty of adjustment, the straps can be positioned on various hight, also the chest strap hight adjusts, which is very important. Also, it comes with the rain cover, which hides in the pocket underneath the backpack. The backpack itself is generally waterproof and should withstand light rain, the rain cover is just an extra precaution for heavier rain.If I was getting it for myself I would probably go for the 75L version but that would mean more load so for a teenager who never went for a hiking trip before the 65L is enough.

Don't pay full price or pack heavy
This bag had to go back to Amazon after my first outing. To start with the good elements, there are some very good zips fitted to this bag and it's quite feature rich with various places to hang and mount or strap things to. I realise now that the bigger bag brands like Osprey, Hi-Gear and Vango don't do this anywhere near as much because the weight distribution goes to pot and it becomes uncomfortable, it comes with its own rainfly that neatly stows away and some big bottle nets. that aside and despite the excellent quality zips, the buckles are weak and slip, reading other reviews there are other quality issues with the straps as well. The "Frame" is a sheet of plastic and does practically nothing. My first experience was putting the bag on, finding it very difficult to fit to myself so that weight was on my hips, then hiking up a hill in the Lake District while this bag undid itself as I walked.IF you pay £30 and IF you don't want to put much weight in this bag, you'll be ok. Otherwise I highly recommend you go to an outdoors shop, waste the staff's time by trying on a few of their bags and find one that fits and doesn't give up on you.

a bi disappointed
At first was very pleased with this - its a good size, plenty of pockets and looks good. However on first use a couple of the zip 'tags' (to make it easier to use the zips) came off and wont go back on and the straps slip when its worn as the plastic 'buckles' don't hold solid.

Brilliant for festivals
I was looking for a new backpack after my old one broke and this one is perfect. It has a separate compartment for a sleeping bag, a great amount of pockets and is very comfortable. haven't used the rainfly, so can't comment on that, but the backpack did well in a 20 minute walk in light rain.

Bag is not fit for purpose as the webbing straps slip
The straps are so thin and cheap that every small movement makes them slip, because of that the bag is not adjustable in any way, and because of that it is not fit for purpose . It's unusable as a backpack and shouldn't be currently listed.
